I bought it in July and 3 months later the screen died. The picture was beautiful while it lasted.
The TV is under warranty and I contacted support. 1 week later I was contacted by a contracted repairman. They have to order a new screen. If it is available it might arrive in 2 weeks and needs to be installed at that point.
I'm wondering if we'll have a TV through the holidays. It seems like they should just replace the TV today.

I have a couple TVs that were much less expensive and in my opinion, there is not much difference in the quality of picture or brightness. I have not had any issues with it at all, I just dont get the hype.

I bought $12k worth of stuff from you. One of those TVs was delivered damaged and you won't replace it. I will never use Best Buy again. Your 15 day return policy is garbage. Need I remind you that the products you sell are commodities, so your customer service is the only thing that will set you apart

We must have gotten a bad panel. Worst picture I've ever seen. Motion was terrible and no amount of calibration or setting adjustments fixed it. Returned to store.

Piece of junk.
Out of the box and blurry picture quality. Loss of entire picture but still sound. Then sound would jump to something completely different to what you were watching.
For near $1000 I expect better than what I WAS gonna put in the shed. I'll keep the old tv and take my $$$ back

TV is fine. It is the customer service of Best Buy that I have a problem with. Even though I told them this tv was to be installed above a fireplace, the driver arrived for an 11-3 time window at 10pm and told me the tv could not be installed with just one person.

I bought this tv to replace an LG OLED tv that had an issue with burn-in. That tv performed flawlessly for 3 years until it developed burn-in. I did not choose another OLED because I did not want to have another issue with burn-in. This tv has a great picture. If you are watching HDR content, it looks just as good as an OLED, you can't even tell the difference. This is a great substitute for OLED if you don't want issues with burn-in. Watching Avatar on this tv the colors pop just as they do on an OLED.
