This TV is a lot of fun. I enjoy all of the different options/apps and it is very user friendly. The only thing that would make it top notch is if the volume went higher. It goes numerically to 100, but it does not project a lot of sound. I would suggest purchasing a sound bar.

amazing Tv August 12, 2016 Sephus We decided to replace our 8 year old LG 50 inches LEd Tv, We bought another LG ,our tested brand, this very slim , lightweight, fantastic color, great placement of ports on the rear of tv, has an optical port, great remote control, the tv menu navigates smoothly, the tv looks amazing though, it has only 2 HDMI ports (1 more would be perfect) i have no complaints- what more can i say- LG, life is good eith my 55 inches Tv- thanks Bestbuy- really a bestbuy-(goodbuy) price is cheap

We recently bought three LG TV's, two 55" and 1 65", the picture is amazing, but the sound is HORRIBLE! We got a great price--- now we are purchasing sound bars--- make sure to listen to the tv without sounders or amps!!

Bought this as a replacement for my 3rd bad samsung. A geek squad member Josh suggested it after hearing about my Samsung problems. Fast menus beautiful screen and great power consumption. Glad I took his advice

I love my tv but it's a good thing I did my own research before coming in to make the purchase. Salesman was not helpful and I got the impression if I had been spending more money the service would have been better.

Great TV but only has one opitical digital audio out. I am hearing deficient so I use wireless headphones. After hours of research I purchased a Toslink converter that allows me to use the headphones and internal speakers simultaneously. Samsung should have RCA audio out jack.

4K Ultra has not gone main stream yet, but when it does then this TV will be more amazing than it is. We use it mostly for gaming, but most gaming consoles do not support 4K, yet. That's why it switches back to 1080p whenever you use it for gaming. Hence not all the way 4K.

I had been looking for a TV for the basement. I saw this tv and it had all of the features I wanted. A great deal for the price

I purchased this TV on the recommendation of a staff member at Best Buy. I did a little research, and based on the price, it was the right TV to buy. I am happy with my purchase of this TV and am enjoying it daily.

My husband daughter and I walked into Best Buy on a whim and ended up walking out with an amazing deal on our new tv upgrading our 32" starter tv to this 55" beauty! Would totally recommend to anyone looking!

Purchased about 6 months ago after my 12-year old Panasonic projection TV just died. This LG was the lowest price 4K HDR TV I could find on short notice. Worked great out of the box, awesome picture from Blu-Ray and my OTA antenna. Also streams well thru my wired network. Have not taken much advantage of the 4K, just a few YouTube videos to check it out. Hope to get a 4K BluRay player in the near future and really put it to a test. Down sides are only 3 HDMI ports and just 1 USB port. Thus the 1 star deduction. I am pleased with my purchase - no regrets. Also, price went down about a month after my purchase.

I bought this TV for my xbox one s and PS 4 pro and it was worth the purchase. HDR makes a great additional feature for play 4k games. Amazing details are in your face.

Great 4K tv for the price. I always trust LG to provide a great picture at a great price. Was shipped with two different colored leg stands. I called LG and they shipped out a replacement immediately.

So far, very good. Nice and bright clear picture. Enjoy the smart tv features, especially my mlb and Netflix and chill.

Best buy kept their commitment delivered on day planned. There was a problem connecting to cable provider. AJ Thomas worked with Cable company until it was set up. As usual too many remotes lol
