    Its capabilities are very basic and the so-called internet browser is temperamental; sound quality is not great either but I guess u pay for what u get

    The remote has so many unnecessary buttons for my liking I still don’t understand the usage the the tv and the apps There’s an update almost every three to five days

    Coaxial cable is blocked on my wall mount bracket … very hard access to HDMI .. other than that I’ll s excellent..

    I bought an LG 3D TV before this one and loved it. But this one went out on me in less then 3 years.

    Its ok. Sound is weird and piece of screen is full of grey pixels. Need to to call Geeksquad to come out.

    Very poor picture. It had no brightness at all and you couldn’t see any dark scenes. Returned it right away.

    After about 1 and a 1/2 months, tv started to have bleached out looking images and burned in images after a few minutes on screen. Had other LGs and haven’t had same problems but still it’s a 4-500 dollar tv should last a little longer . We’ll see how getting this resolved goes.

    i probably got a defective one. the remote wouldnt connect to tv. the button on tv would not work either.

    Great picture...for 20 days only! And then, the screen went black and no sound, either. LG must know that this is a manufacturer defect issue because there are trouble shooting guides all over their site, in their Owners Manual and YouTube videos! It's now going on 2 weeks with no repair scheduled...you have to wait for the parts. I should have stayed with Vizio.

    After 3 months, Some faint horizontal white lines showing up on the screen. Noticeable when watching a movie. Bad OS even if it's updated it's slow when loading apps. I guess we'll have to wait for it until we can't see anything on the screen we're watching.

    Dealing with BB and call center has been a horrible experience. I have been lied to 3 times today regarding my order. I have no product and no way to follow up on my order. What happened to dealing directly with BB personnel. I will not do business with any more.

    Purchased an open box tv ... didnt open it right away only to find out had no tv stands called best buy to fix the problem.. they said its past the time frame call manufacturer for parts never again...

    Pick a different TV - save some money.

    Bought this TV after my Samsung failed before this after only a year. Thought an LG would last longer. Wrong. I’ve had it less than 2 months and the bottom left is already having color/quality issues. It’s a dark shadow taking up that whole part of the screen. Waste of money.
