I ordered the ac/heater combo for a 300sf house. the ac worked well , but it wouldnt work well for 550 sf. that would push it too hard and not cool well enough.

The AC was a complete disappointment first the packing it came in was horrible the box was all torn up. When I installed it the loud noise it was making wasn't tolerable. I had to return it. They rec6it June 1st 2020. And to this date I'm still waiting for my full refund.

Started up about a week ago, I was ae to set up the IOT smart deivice just fine with my tv and phone app. The only issue I have is that the fan or something is making noise for a few minutes starting it up.

Lousy Install Crew

My air conditioner that I had bought at Best Buy was NEVER installed. Why? Because when the install crew came they started to do the job & about 5 min. into installing the air conditoner they said they could not install it because the top back outside where the air conditioner would fit in had flashing. The install crew said they could not & would not install my air conditioner because of this. They said it was a liability & their insurance didn't cover it. I ended up taking it back & getting a refund. I then went to Lowe's & got a wall mount mini-split air conditioner & Lowe's installed it.
