I purchased this as an open box item therefore the price I paid vs the retail price was fantastic. So far,I really like the range. Being able to cook in the oven at 2 different temperatures is great. The only thing I don't like so far is the knobs feel kind of flimsy.

I love this range. It looks great and is easy to clean. I love the cooktop and the griddle. The double ovens are perfect for big meals or just heating a pizza. The range sticks out farther from the wall than the one it replaced. It appears there is less room allowed for the gas pipe to tuck in. Also, I had to have LG out to repair it within a few months of purchasing. I had a "-" symbol appear before the time on the display. Not a big deal, but for what I paid I wanted it resolved. It took service 3 visits to get it fixed, but they got it done. People say the smaller oven heats up faster than larger ones, but I don't see a difference. It is easier to get in and out of the top oven though. I have noticed that my food takes a little longer to cook than my last oven, but it more moist and more evenly cooked.

I love being able to cook 2 things at once. This oven is very simple to clean and has many options to choose from to cook your food. The quality of the oven is good and has a simmer burner as well as a super broil one.

I love, love my new oven/stove range. I purchased after I read some reviews and talked to a sales person at Best Buy who knew about more about the product. This range has 5 gas burners with the middle one being large to heat large pots/skillets or griddle (which comes with a griddle). My favorite part is that it has 2 ovens. The top one serves more as a broiler or to keep food warm or to cook something small because the hight or the oven. The bottom oven is big. It serves two purposes: bakes as a normal oven or as a convection (baking or roasting). A key pad is used to set the oven temp. Not an up and down arrow like my old oven. There are 2 separate timers, large knobs, easy to clean burners with 3 separate grills that easily come off and easy to figure out where they go back on, oven lights are bright and oven doors are clear glass to see in oven without opening the doors and the finishing on the inside of the oven is purple/blue.

The people at the store were so helpful in guiding me when we picked out our new stove and oven. I had looked at reviews and knew I wanted a double oven and gas stove with 5 burners. So far I'm incredibly pleased with this purchase. We'll see how it fairs to lots of use at the holidays but I have high hopes for sure!

We bought this LG range/oven (gas version) in September 2014, so have had it for nearly three years. We have been very happy with it. Burners range from powerful Superboil to smallest for simmering little pots or pans. We usually use the upper oven, which is smaller so it heats quickly. It seems to burn a little on the high side, so for some baking recipes we drop the temperature 25 degrees or so from what the recipe calls for. Controls are easy to use, and it's easy to clean. All in all very happy.

This range was to replace our 20+ year old original oven. We researched several different brands, knowing that we liked the flexibility of the double oven configuration. The LG proved to be the best combination of features and price. We also consulted Consumer Reports and found that the LG was the second highest rated in the double oven category. While we have only had the unit for less than a month, we have been very pleased so far with it's performance.

I like to entertain. As many of you know, entertaining means ya gotta cook. A LOT. So far, I've been able to bake in the convection oven while keeping prep'd foods warm in the upper oven. I've also been able to bake homemade pizzas with a pizza steel in the upper oven while baking cakes, pies, or whatever else needed to be baked, at the same time in the lower oven! The best experience so far was to be able to bake a frittata in the upper oven, while baking popovers in a hotter temperature in the lower oven AT THE SAME TIME. And that's just the ovens; now for the burners on the stove... I've got great pots and pans, but no matter how good they are, uneven flames will cause hot spots even in the best of pans. No hot spots here, because the heat is so even. Alas, I am absolutely happy about this purchase. Do your research on price, and pay attention to the reviews on customer experience; don't sacrifice good service, like Best Buy's Geek Squad, in exchange for a few dollars less (you know who you are, company that doesn't deliver for almost a MONTH). Buy this stove/oven with no hesitation--if there were something wrong with it, that would have been the first thing I would have mentioned, especially in this forum.

I would highly recommend this stove! It is extremely easy to use and program, and cooks beautifully! The "Double Oven" feature makes cooking for a crowd very easy. The smaller top oven, is also perfect for keeping food warm as well. Have not used the self-clean feature yet, as it is so easy to just wipe the oven floors clean with a damp cloth so far. The unit is aesthetically very nice, has useful functions and seems to be constructed well. I hope to enjoy our new appliance for many years to come! Thanks LG for another great appliance to add to our collection!

Great range, love the gas of course. The key is the two ovens, the top one heats up very quickly. Good looking range, easy to clean. Knobs are easy to use, the buttons at the top are easy to navigate. Your buying this range for the price point, downside of this range is the bigness of the top part, with all the buttons. Overall, if you're looking for a low to mid tier gas range, this works for you.

I bought this oven 6 months ago and have not looked back since. There is a small upper pizza/cookie oven on top. You preheat it and it takes no time to heat. Instead of wasting all of that gas and electric to heat the entire oven it take no time at all to heat and the cooking is faster. Speaking of cooking faster and more efficiently the lower oven is a convection oven. That means there is a blower fan inside to circulate the heat and cook faster. The computer converts the temps automatically for you meaning if you cook something normally at 400 degrees the computer will automatically decrease the oven temp to convection temp for proper cook. You can cook a pie and a turkey at the same time as both ovens can be set at different temperatures.

We were surprised to learn on delivery that BestBuy would not install this gas stove. Our propane supplier however came to check our work (which was fine) but discovered on a pressure test that the stove was leaking on the stove side of the gas regulator. Disappointing to see this come from the manufacturer this way. All else though seems very good. The small oven will heat to 350 in 6 minutes and works great for pizzas, etc but for baking know that the heat is higher near the door than the rear. The larger oven works very well and cooked a chicken very evenly. Of course, this SS like all other SS exteriors is more troublesome to keep clean and fingerprint free than older enamel type finishes. But it seems a 'high end' product must come in SS or it 'doesn't count'. This looks high end and seems to work that way. We are happier with the very large burner but even so, with propane it will take a half hour to heat a pot of water for spaghetti to boiling. A long time to wait but still faster than our old bottom end gas stove.

Love the Stove - Best Buy Service Not So Great

The stove is fantastic. It does so many things! The bottom oven includes convection cooking AND a proofing cycle, which is a wonderful thing and there is a setting exclusively for pizza. Using the top oven only for things like cookies and brownies is great as it doesn't heat the house up nearly as much as using the full oven would. However, Best Buy dropped the ball on this for us - first on the delivery where they did not give us even a 1 or 2 hour window but indicated the delivery would take place "sometime between 6AM and 6PM on the date of delivery". We had to call BB customer service to obtain the number of the delivery company to narrow the time down to a 2 hour window. In addition, we discovered after the fact that the sales associate who took care of our order at the Best Buy store put us in for 18 month financing, when we asked him to put us in for the reward points and NOT the 18 month financing. We went to the store to remedy, and they told us there was nothing they could do. They gave us a number to call, which was a number for Best Buy employees to call regarding corporate deliveries and was not for customer service at all. We ended up having to contact Best Buy Elite Rewards Customer service - not once, not twice, but three times to get this straightened out. This is a shame because when we initially purchased other appliances from Best Buy in November 2014, we had an excellent experience. But after this experience with Best Buy, I am hesitant to buy our next appliance from them, and our dishwasher is up to be replaced shortly. Long story short: HIGHLY recommend the range. Don't recommend Best Buy at this time.

This range is a revelation! I love to cook. Everything I've made in it has turned out great. I bought this together with the LG Miicrowave with the warming light. I cooked a roast in the convection oven and kept that and the mashed potatoes warm while I finished the rolls and gravy. Rave reviews! I made pizza on a pizza stone in the top oven the next night. Perfect crust with the pizza setting. The cooktop is fabulous with the superboil, simmer and center burner. Lots of room for everything. Couldn't be happier.

The convection oven is a little difficult to convert recipes but am getting better at it. When things are cooked in the convection oven everything comes out moist and delicious. The oven itself is pretty easy to use.

This gas range is a great value for the price. The double oven with convection feature is terrific. The oven's electronic features take some getting used to, but are not hard to learn. The variety of burners are useful also. Overall, I am very pleased with the purchase of this range. I would recommend it to everyone wanting a nice looking stainless steel and black color convection oven & range.

I don't cook, but I love gas, and I do occasionally need two ovens. Most of the cooking I do (being something from the freezer) isn't big, so heating a huge standard-sized oven always struck me as more than a bit wasteful. This oven is great! I love cooking with gas, and the "mini" top oven is perfect for pizzas (for which the oven has a pre-programmed setting), garlic toast, and most of the other stuff we like. We're looking forward to trying out the griddle in the middle of the cooktop. The controls are fancy enough that I did need to read the manual to figure out how to turn the oven on. But, once one learns the controls, the system works pretty well. And don't be fooled by the "chime" they talk about in the manual, which signals when things (like pre-heating or your bake-time) are done. The oven doesn't "chime"; it plays a little tune. It's adorable!
