my review would be better had i not had so many issues with the purchase. From the employee paying to much attention to his personal cell phone, to ordering the wrong oven causing me to be over charged, and here we are 30 business days later and i still have not gotten returned payment from what i over paid! would not suggest purchasing any massive or major appliance from this company, at least in store.

Best buy lied and made promises i took off work for delivery and got confirmation the night before 2 hours before the window time they text me they ate cancelling my delivery. They wanted me to wsit another week. They didnt want do anyyjing to make it right
