    After 1 year I wouldn't recommend it

A big disappointment. 1) The glass top is garbage. When cleaning up the cooktop with cleaner made for smooth surface cooktops the glass was chipped in two places. 2) The glass has a grid texture and i have found this makes it more difficult to clean than other cooktops. The same goes for the rubber seal on the edge of the cooktop as it is tough to clean. 3) The air fryer feature has been useless for us. Results varied and it wasn't worth it. 4) The control panel feels like cheap garage. The buttons need pressed really hard to adjust cooking temp and there's no feedback other than the temp changing. The buttons are all flat so they don't feel like they give when pressed but it's not a touch screen that uses infrared. Really, really, really poorly designed.

Product appears to have manufacturer's defects - the left corner of the stainless steel backsplash has scratches (visible but cannot be felt) & the front right portion of the cooktop has scuff marks that will not come off. I've tried cleaning but there is nothing I can do about the defects. I would appreciate a call back. On a related note, the delivery crew did a wonderful job. The damages were not caused by them. They are clearly manufacturer's defects.

This Range is great buy for the price. All contols are easy to use. Children lock control is a must with young children. Stove top must be cleaned with correct materials. Maintenance on the stovetop is higher than normal. Wifi setting is nice when you need to preheat oven.

Very Disappointed in Range Top Surface

It’s a beautiful item. Was excited to learn to use the built-in air fryer unit. Had the range delivered to our new home before we settled in. By the time we installed it and ready to use, more than 30 days had passed. Now I’m stuck! I’ve been so frustrated with the stove top on a a daily basis that I have had very little interest in using the features we have paid for. The surface is impossible to keep clear, clean, and smudgeless. No stovetop cleaner or ceramic or spray on earth will correct this. I’ve used them all. Sponges, clean cloths, paper towels — everything smudges and smears. It’s a never ending frustrating battle to clean this range. I read previous reviews and didn’t think it could be as bad as all that. It is!!!! If I could do it over I would NOT have chosen this item. It’s not worth it. The surface design is silly, feels dimpled and slightly rubberized, hard to describe. Believe me, I hate this range top. The inside design and hidden heating coil saved it from a ONE STAR rating. I hope it burns up soon so I can replace with a different brand. In the meanwhile I feel like I just flushed a chunk of money down the drain. It’s a piece of ??? Will never buy another LG major appliance!

Cooks well. Stove heats fast and pretty evenly. Oven feels like it takes longer than my last to get to temp but works well. I like the air fryer option and having many options for the oven. Great unit. Two things keeping it from being a 5 for me are smaller amount of under oven storage than my last one and the stove top surface is a bit hard to keep looking clean without the full ceramic/glass top stove cleaner mostly every day. I would purchase again though.

Got this oven because my Samsung malfunctioned, it's ok. It gets the job done but I'm not in love with it. Bakes evenly. Not liking the timer system, if you set a timer when the timer goes off it automatically shuts the oven off? So I had to buy timers to set off Amazon. Also I loved the Samsung because you could set more than one timer, and also if you could still see the clock if you had a timer set. This one has a very basic digital screen, which I could have looked up videos before I bought it but I desperately needed an oven since mine broke right before a major holiday I was hosting. Noticed that the stovetop doesn't clean very easily. It's a lot harder to clean than any other flat top I've owned. Hopefully it last longer than the Samsung, but like I said, not super in love with it, just couldn't afford the nicer ones on such short notice.

It's a great stove, simple to use, nothing fancy, but a an air fry, convection, bake and broil all in one stove , very convenient and keeps from having to buy more appliances that take up space on the counter. Only one con, unless you are familiar with LG appliances, the one double buner in front, which can do small or large pans /pots, the knob isnt clearly marked as to which way uses what function. But other than that cooks great and quick.

    3 year follow-up: Avoid LG

We've owned this model since July 2021. Less than a year in, the display started having one bar go out. Now, 3 years in, I have no clue what the display says, it's all haywire and the oven doesn't get to temperature. Either the computer is fried, the heating element damaged, or the thermostat in the oven. Regardless, $800 and name brand should last more than 3 years. Their measly 1 year parts and labor warranty should've been my warning. They clearly don't even stand by their own product. I'll NEVER buy LG kitchen appliances ever again. (my Samsung fridge has outlasted this oven. The last problem I thought I'd have.)

Hello there! Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We understand your situation with the LREL6323S oven, and about the issues you're experiencing with the display and oven temperature. We truly appreciate your feedback and would like to assist you in resolving this.

For the display issue, it could be helpful to check if the oven is in "Demo Mode," as this can sometimes cause display malfunctions. You can also try resetting the unit by unplugging it for a few minutes, which might help with the display issues.

As for the oven temperature, it's possible that the thermostat may need to be recalibrated. We recommend reviewing the user manual for calibration instructions, or if you'd like, our team can guide you through the process in more detail.

Please send us a private message on Social Media @LGUSSupport, and we’ll be more than happy to explore additional solutions for both the display and temperature concerns. We understand how important it is for your appliances to work properly, and we’re here to support you.

    Avoid LG Appliances

After owning the LG LREL6323S for 2 years, I can safely say that this is the worst product I've ever purchased. After yet another dinner was randomly lit on fire / expensive pan scorched from a burner on 5, on the LOW side of the dial, despite cooking the exact same thing at the exact same temp/time, in the exact same pan, the night before and it came out perfect, I decided to do a bit of investigating online. I though it was "just me," [though I've never had more than 1-2 over/undercooked meals adjusting to a new electric range], I realized I have the same laundry list of problems everyone else does: the body of entire appliance gets dangerously hot even when not using the cooktop. Burners cycle weird and either over or underheat things. The display randomly has parts of the numerals burn out. The glass top is ruined as soon as *anything* drips, spatters, or is merely set on it, and is impossible to clean. If you want to bake or roast something at 425, the oven just decides, "well, you meant 350 or 400, right? Also, sorry it's preheating and you can't change the temp." The blue enamel interior in mine isn't flaking YET, but it is around the latch, I just don't bake a ton, so I'm expecting that to rear it's head. Mine also locked, threw a code, and refused to respond to the control panel while Christmas dinner was in the oven, and I had to pull it out from the wall & reset it while dinner was being turned into charcoal inside. I got this as part of a package deal (I believe full price was ~$1200 for the range), and I can't believe the absolute garbage quality of LG's mid level appliances: cooking on this thing is a 50/50 shot if you're eating dinner that night, the flimsy latch of the dishwasher kept acting up the first couple weeks and refused to let the machine run, and what I thought was just residue from the protective plastic on the front of the fridge is weird bubbly tarnishing that no gentle cleaner will remove, and I'm definitely not gonna try and hit it with Barkeepers Friend and make it worse. OK, the microwave that came with the set works great with no cosmetic or functional issues, 1/4 is pretty good, right?

I am a little disappointed in this range. The backdrop is so dark; it is hard to set the timer; the burners are hard to see; front and back burners are not clearly labeled. The stove top spots easily. The stove; however, cooks very well and bakes nicely.

The ceramic glass top is very hard to clean. Mine also has a crack and lines now from where it’s broke. Warranty refused to cover because it does look like something might have fallen on it. It’s possible I have 3 young teens. But seriously you can’t withstand something falling on it? The only thing I can think of is my glass salt shaker but come on…. That should be more durable for the price you play. It’s 8 months old!!

Have only used the stove top and bake. Works well and baked better and more evenly than my last oven. However, the glass stovetop is not cleaning up as well. I have a ring on one of the burners that I can’t get off. Used proper cleaner and method and had no mishaps while cooking. Also there is a rubber type edging around the stove top which makes it difficult to get crumbs etc cleaned up. Lastly, the drawer is super cheap and hard to get to stay on the tracks. A pain. Other than that it cooks and bakes well.
