    Product appears to have manufacturer's defects - the left corner of the stainless steel backsplash has scratches (visible but cannot be felt) & the front right portion of the cooktop has scuff marks that will not come off. I've tried cleaning but there is nothing I can do about the defects. I would appreciate a call back. On a related note, the delivery crew did a wonderful job. The damages were not caused by them. They are clearly manufacturer's defects.

    Top scratches super easy! Very disappointed

    I've had this stove for two weeks and have been METICULOUSLY trying to keep the top from scratching. I've purchased special glass cooktop cleaning cream, special scrub pads, compatible cookware and a protective Matt for when not in use. There are already have SEVERAL scratches. The stove is great until you cook on it. Seems like with modern day technology, LG could come up with a more durable cooktop. I wouldn't recommend to anyone. You're stove is going to look scratched and old literally right after you purchase.

    Disapointed on the glass top. I used the correct protector and we clean it with the correct glass oven cleaner. Scratched easily and we have not had it for even 30 days. The airfryer is not as good as a stand alone and boiling a big pot of water can take a while.

    The control panel mins defective and my range was bought on September 2021. Too soon for a control panel to show distorted images. Picture is supposed to show time 6.03 I’m very disappointed.

    This is what the door of my range looks like after approximately 20 uses!! It is between the panes of glass in the door. LG says it is cosmetic and not covered under warranty. It certainly is cosmetic as it looks plain nasty, but it is caused by a design defect. By the time it's a year old i probably won't be able to see anything through the window in the door. Disappointed in this product and LG's response.

    I should have done my research before buying. Stove looks great ut the air fryer yakes entirely to long to cook and the cookto is horrible. The rubber seal around the the cooktop is horrible, anything you cook and get on the stove gets embedded in the rubber. and the first time i cooked on the stove it left scratch marks all over and i didnt move the pan on the glasstop, hard to clean even with cerebrite cleaner

    Beautiful but stove top scratches EASY!!!!

    The stove itself is beautiful. However, the top scratches and always looks dirty. The first time using it very carefully with a new pot...it looked scratched...we had it less then 12 hours. Calling Geek Squad, LG, Best Buy for a total of 5 hours on the phone with no resolution is very frustrating. Probably would have chosen and different stove had I just read the reviews. Apparently, it is a problem. We had to take our front door off to get the stove in, so too much of a hassle to return it. It is beautiful! But the top looks like its years old.

    The oven is nice. The stove top is frustrating. From the first use it was hard to to clean. You have to use a special polish/cleaner after each use. Normal cleaner does not properly clean it.

    Not what I expected from LG a name brand. The warmer burner doesn’t work. Tried to troubleshoot from LG. But could barely understand her. Everyone is from the Phillipines. Have someone coming to look at my BRAND NEW stove next week. Will ask for a new one!! Not satisfied that I couldn’t even call the store. You cannot reach the store. You get an 800 number will NEVER buy from Best Buy again!! I bought from them before and said I would never.. and stupid me I tried. The BEST thing about BEST BUY is their sales person Annette B.. she is FABULOUS!! They are lucky to have her!!

    Installation was charged even though I ordered a bundle and it was supposed to be free. The online chat with the Agent was misleading, and customer service via phone was not helpful.

    It’s a nice stove. I wasn’t happy that I have to purchase the broiler pan and the Air Fryer insert separately, this was not cheap, they should have included them. Also you have to buy glass stove top cleaner to clean the top. If I had to buy over again, it would not have been this stove. I’m not a fan of glass tops, and now I’m reminded why.

    My least favorite appliance of the LG suite I purchased for my kitchen remodel. The cook top is impossible to clean and keep clean. And I have a dead pixel in the display after only owning it for 2 years. Functions as it should but the quality just doesn't seem to be great. Seriously the cook top is horrible to try and clean

    This stove is very poorly designed especially for an LG appliance. Takes forever to preheat takes forever to heat up would not recommend

    Runs way too hot

    Oven runs hot and if you leave it on too long (cooking something for a long time) it gets to the point touching the outside will literally burn you. The air fryer takes forever to heat up and easy clean doesn’t work. I don’t know if we got a faulty oven but I’ve had it for three years and it’s not a good purchase for the price!
