I have had my LG Range for two months. I have found the top difficult to keep clean (make sure you have stainless steel cleaner). The numbers on the knobs are hard to see. The small back burners are too small and the circle guards - where you sit your pans - is difficult to see. Finally, I REALLY don't like that the oven light does not stay lit when you turn it on!! As far as the heating, I have been completely satified with how the range cooks. It needs to be placed in a well-lit area of the kitchen.

Stove works well and the features are user friendly but the stove top glass is the worst I have ever seen. The first day I used it the glass got scratched. I had it for over more than a month and see pictures attached. Worst quality top glass on stove.

Not as well built as I expected. It took almost a whole month to be delivered. Couldn’t be install because of connection/kept had to have fixed to get installed. Had 2 dents on front. Maybe bad Karma.

Have had a week. Have cleaned the top with ceramic cleaner inly but there is discoloration on one burner. Thats unacceptable for a $800 range.

It was delivered dented, but we didn’t notice until after the technicians left. We didn’t complain since it would have been a hassle to try and return to get a replacement with Covid and not having a truck. Disappointing to pay so much for a dented product, but at least the dent is in the back.

It’s a beautiful item. Was excited to learn to use the built-in air fryer unit. Had the range delivered to our new home before we settled in. By the time we installed it and ready to use, more than 30 days had passed. Now I’m stuck! I’ve been so frustrated with the stove top on a a daily basis that I have had very little interest in using the features we have paid for. The surface is impossible to keep clear, clean, and smudgeless. No stovetop cleaner or ceramic or spray on earth will correct this. I’ve used them all. Sponges, clean cloths, paper towels — everything smudges and smears. It’s a never ending frustrating battle to clean this range. I read previous reviews and didn’t think it could be as bad as all that. It is!!!! If I could do it over I would NOT have chosen this item. It’s not worth it. The surface design is silly, feels dimpled and slightly rubberized, hard to describe. Believe me, I hate this range top. The inside design and hidden heating coil saved it from a ONE STAR rating. I hope it burns up soon so I can replace with a different brand. In the meanwhile I feel like I just flushed a chunk of money down the drain. It’s a piece of ??? Will never buy another LG major appliance!

Got this oven because my Samsung malfunctioned, it's ok. It gets the job done but I'm not in love with it. Bakes evenly. Not liking the timer system, if you set a timer when the timer goes off it automatically shuts the oven off? So I had to buy timers to set off Amazon. Also I loved the Samsung because you could set more than one timer, and also if you could still see the clock if you had a timer set. This one has a very basic digital screen, which I could have looked up videos before I bought it but I desperately needed an oven since mine broke right before a major holiday I was hosting. Noticed that the stovetop doesn't clean very easily. It's a lot harder to clean than any other flat top I've owned. Hopefully it last longer than the Samsung, but like I said, not super in love with it, just couldn't afford the nicer ones on such short notice.

It is a very pretty stove. But I would agree with others. The stove top is hard to keep clean. I have had glass top electric for over 20 years and this one takes a lot to keep clean. Water and a soapy cloth is okay, but sometimes leaves a film. Vinegar and water works to get the grease off, as long as you follow with a lint free wipe. I have used Ceramabryte as long as I have had glass tops and never had to use a razor cleaner but with this one it is necessary. Also, I don't care for the "air fryer" feature. It doesn't get things as crispy as my counter AF in less the time. AND air frying in the oven creates a huge mess that doesn't clean up very well with the steam clean feature of the oven. Finally, the convection feature is difficult to maintain and measure the temp. I find that when I use it, I need to up the temp which kind of doesn't make sense with convection. I would recommend this brand but not with these extra features.

Shortly after one year of purchase the back left burner stopped working. About 3 months ago, the press buttons area is kind of loose, were you have to press on the buttons a certain way to do anything with the oven. The other burners work for now

I am not a fan of the smooth glass top oven. Although this is highly rated, I am disappointed. Cooking seems slower, baking temps seems cooler. I bought a silicone mat to cover the top to protect it and keep it cleaner, but what a pain to clean this thing constantly.

Oven works well stovetop heats well. Stovetop is hard to keep clean. Digital read out went out after 1yr warranty was out. I guess I will order new board for $100+ dollars and install so I can read the temp and the time. I bought this stove in 2022.

Have only used the stove top and bake. Works well and baked better and more evenly than my last oven. However, the glass stovetop is not cleaning up as well. I have a ring on one of the burners that I can’t get off. Used proper cleaner and method and had no mishaps while cooking. Also there is a rubber type edging around the stove top which makes it difficult to get crumbs etc cleaned up. Lastly, the drawer is super cheap and hard to get to stay on the tracks. A pain. Other than that it cooks and bakes well.

Get a headlamp. You will need it to see the controls that are not illuminated -- except for the clock. And it is not enough to set a function and temperature. You always have to take an extra step and press start, Convection baking annoyingly reduces the set temperature by 25 degrees, leading to much longer bake times and/or undone baked goods. You can disable that feature but even then convection does not significantly reduce baking time or improve browning. The air fry feature can best be described as wimpy. Allegedly air fry mode kicks up the set temperature 60 degrees. But 20 minutes on air fry at 400 was insufficient to reheat 6 pieces of pizza. The cooktop heats fairly efficiently. The oven is roomy, at the expense of space in the lower warming drawer. There is no easy way to grasp the drawer to pull it out, and it does not slide easily. I haven't tried the clean function but was surprised to learn the light clean function uses water. All in all I expected this range would perform at least as well as the 18 year old range it replaced.

Not at all happy with the stove top. It is not friendly at all to spills or keeping smooth. I've been so afraid to use my stove and was very careful that I didn't let any thing boil over, etc., but unfortunately, anything that goes on to cook, whether saucepans, skillets, it makes makes that will not come off. But I love the oven so far. Also, the chrome is cheap.

I purposely waited two months after the purchase to write this review to be able to give an honest detailed review after using it. Overall, this is a good oven and it cooks evenly and the stove top works well however, I do not like the ultra heat burner because if you are not boiling water, it cooks food way too fast and burns food easily.I am most disappointed in the air fryer feature because it just doesn’t work. I’ve tried using it four different times with broccoli, roasted potatoes, french fries, and potato wedges, and every time I used it, I followed the instructions, exactly, and none of the items were cooked. I even looked up instruction videos on the specific oven to make sure I was using the air fryer correctly. So if you are purchasing this oven for the additional air fryer feature like we did do not choose this oven.

The range is beautiful but I had to return it because the oven door is very heavy and I struggled to pull it open. I am 73 with arthritis in my hands and I found it extremely difficult to pull open the heavy oven door. When I went to the Dearborn store to select a range there were only two electric ranges in the entire store and the salesperson had to select one from the online site therefore not giving the opportunity to me to examine it. I quickly called the store for a return and replacement but the delivery persons refused to remove the range from my house because they said it would have to be forced through the kitchen door. The previous delivery persons who brought the stove to my home did not have any problems getting it through the door and thus I am a bit confused as to why it could be delivered to my home but not picked up. Since I have not used the range I cannot comment on it's effectiveness I can only say that it is beautiful

Good and quick delivery. However we havent used this unit for a month since delivery, first time use the glass top seems to be stained. Best buy has no return policy after 15 days, so contacted LG and working with them.

Works great, musical feature is cool. However the cooktop seems to be fading or "burning away" on one of the burners after a very short period of time in my opinion. Works well, but I wouldn't buy again.

This range comes with an air fryer but the first time I used it it took so long that I dug out my old air fryer to finish the meal. Also, if you are boiling something on the back burner - the back burner is so close the the back of the stove that the steam goes us and causes condensation and you end up with puddles of water all over the dials, the walls, the top of the stove. It seems to work well but these are the things I have found troublesome.

The oven prepares good food, the edges heat well, the handles a bit loose, the top of the stove (Crystal) is stained, it is not easy to remove and the clock is not easy to set the real time.
