We bought this range about six montlhs ago. It is nicely made and looks good in our kitchen. The only drawback is the controls are not user friendly, and the instruction book is useless. Not a fan. Can’t tell what it is doing and you must cancel and restart to find out. Wouldn’t recommend if you arn’t tech savy.

Haven’t done too much cooking on it but last stove we had, the burner burned out. This one has yet to prove reliability but we’re hoping here for the best. Sleek, modern design.

This oven is not just beautiful but cooks great! Our salesman Adam M is extremely knowledgeable and the delivery to our home was great. Care was taken to make sure the oven was connected, level, and attached the tip proof for us. Very pleased all around with Best Buy

LG Oven & Range, Air Fry, w/Instaview feature.

I would have given a 5 but... 1- The numbers on cooktop control knobs are very hard to read, even with light; especially on light-reflecting stainless steel. 2- It would be better if the backsplash where control knobs are were closed off. Since it is open underneath, cleaning, or even just wiping it, is intimidating and uncomfortable. This opening isn't declared on website.

Range is a burn / fire hazard

    Posted .
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

I bought a LG Range, model #LSEL6333F Since I have been using the range, I've been burned twice by the vent in the rear of the stovetop and once from the oven's metal framework along the front of the range-top above the control knobs while having the "oven cleaning" function in operation and the large front burner on high setting. When I contacted LG Customer service online on 4 Mar25, I was texted that they would get back to me within 24 to 48 hours. I could not find a customer service Phone number to LG on their website, but Lowes gave me the number to LG customer service (833-378-0003). On 6 Mar 25, I called the LG Customer Service number given to me by Lowes. On 7 Mar 25, I finally got a call from the LG Escalation TM to discuss my issue. LG Rep would only agree to schedule a service technician visit / inspection. They dispatched a service technician who admitted his inability to correct the hazardous operation of the stove. Instead he referred to the owner’s manual stating it would be hot during operation. LG would not authorize a return / exchange with since there was no repair required. LG accepts that the Self-Clean Oven feature is hazardous according to the owner’s manual. Nothing was mentioned about a LG recall on the range due to the front-mounted knobs on the ranges being easily activated by accidental contact by humans or pets, posing a fire hazard. This is validated by the Consumer Product Service Commission as of 6 Feb 25 citing 86 reports of unintentional activation involving more than 28 fires, 8 injuries, 3 pet deaths, and five fires caused extensive property damage totaling over $340,000. LG’s recall solution is to provide a decal warning to owners/ users. Unacceptable for sub-par safety operation in my opinion. LG obviously produces a hazardous product and is evidently willing to let the Buyer beware. NO more LG products for me and I encourage others to not buy LG Products.

Beautiful appearance but has some problems

    Posted .

Appearance wise the range looks beautiful however it goes down hill from there. Burner temperature adjustments are very difficult to set to desired temperature, they are imprecise and inaccurate. The glass material that the top is made from is defective. After about 6 months of use the glass top clouds internally and cannot be cleaned, the cloudiness wont polish out. I have replaced the glass top but after 6 months or so, the same happens. Using glass top approved cooking pots and pans. Recommend LG designers and engineering attention to these problems. The stove is a nice visual package but has some bad flaws.

I regret not thinking to contact manufacturer immediately. The oven takes to long to cook anything. Temp is not right. If i set to 400 ot may run at 325. Took 45 mins to make fries on air fry and always takes an extra 20 to 30 mins to bake anything. I ise my toaster oven the most so took me a while to really see the oven didnt work all that great

The electric range temperature control SUCKS. You will have boil overs no matter how diligent you are. They take forever to get hot, forever to back down. Supremely frustrating.

    Stay Away from LG

This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

Purchased this range 12/24. From day one oven was burning the top of food and not cooking the bottom, obviously a problem with the bake element. Customer service knows nothing about their products only schedules repairs. Sent a repairman in Feb. checked the temp. and nothing else and said nothing was wrong and left. In the meantime the large burner is boiling rapidly on Low. Burning food. Called for a second appt. He cancelled my appt. and never showed up. Scheduled again for a week later and again he just didn’t show up. Now I’ve had a brand new range for almost 3 months that I can’t use. Their warrantee obviously means nothing and costs them nothing. Horrible company to deal with.

Hi, there. Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We understand your concern about dealing with these issues with your LG Range (LREL6325F) model, especially after several repair appointments that didn’t resolve the situation. We strive to provide reliable, high-quality products that exceed our customer's needs and expectations.
As a first step, we recommend checking if the bake element is aligned correctly and whether the oven’s temperature settings are calibrated. Sometimes, an uncalibrated oven can lead to uneven cooking. Additionally, the burner may need an inspection to ensure it’s not receiving too much power on the low setting, which can cause food to burn. Burned Out

This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

I haven't even had my range 4 years and had a repairman out to look at my stovetop to verify if there was an issue with the knobs/switches or burners. He confirmed that not one, but both of my elements on the front burners have to be replaced. This is effectively as much as buying a whole new range. Such poor quality for expensive appliances. I otherwise liked it for the little time I had it.

Hi, there. Thank you for sharing your experience with the LG Range (LREL6325F) model. We understand your concern about facing costly repairs on a range you've had for less than four years—especially when the unit had been working well and met your expectations in the beginning. We strive to provide high-quality products that exceed our customer's needs and expectations.

Front burner element issues can sometimes stem from wear on the infinite switches (which regulate temperature), or the radiant heating elements themselves. While these components are replaceable, we know it’s disappointing when the repair cost begins to approach that of a new appliance.

We want to take a closer look at your case and explore all available options. If the unit is just outside of warranty, in some cases we may be able to assist with parts or provide service support through our extended care channels. Please send us a private message on social media @LGUSSupport and service details so we can investigate further and find a solution that works for you. ^Juvy LG
