No issues works well for over a year now. I’m happy with this purchase.

Bought two of these. I thought new AC's are supposed to be quiet. These two are not. Pretty noisy. The on and off on energy saver mode wakes me up. Also not an inverter. It turns off fully when reaches desired temp. And turns on again. The opposite of energy saving inverters as cooling on and off and on again uses more electricity than inverters that slows down when it reaches room temp. BUT....... for the price, it's good and cools very well. Just hope it lasts at least 3 summer seasons for it to be worth it.

Very nice air conditioner. Easy instructions. More than enough cooling for the room. Quiet running. Filter easy to clean. Very happy with the purchase.

LG is the only manufacturer I could find that makes window AC that fits my window with the opening slightly less than 12", so I don't have much of a choice. So far it works fine, effectively cools the air in my bedroom. It's comparatively quite when works in "cool" mode, but running it in "cool" makes room too cold in the morning. In "energy saver" mode it's much more comfortable, but it goes on and off every about 3 minutes, and I had to get used to it, it's not too good when you are trying to get asleep. Workmanship is not perfect, air filter is easy to take out, but not as easy to put in, it's get stuck, and I have to pull the grid forward to put filter in place. Also it has an option to direct the air flow in the direction you want, but when works it goes all the way to the right. My wife fixed it with small piece of adhesive tape. But in general it does the job. Still, if I had bigger window, I would consider different brand.

Quickly cools your average sized bedroom at only 39 pounds & a very low decibel level of 52!!! The perfect summertime treat!!

Staff helped me find the right model and then brought the 2 units I bought to my card and loaded them onto the car for me. All I had to do was insert the key, start the car and drive home. Wonderful. The LG is very quiet, I was concerned about putting it in my bedroom, but it is so quiet that this is not a problem at all. Of course, it also cools the room nicely and is very efficient.

It does cool down the room well, but it is a little annoying that the air comes out from the top only. It is hard to see the buttons and the display of the temperature.

Works great and love the remote. So nice to not have to get out of bed if i forget to turn it on or it gets to cold and i need to turn it off.

I was desperately looking for a quiet unit that would cool a bedroom on the west side of the house when outside temperatures were in the 80's and 90's. This unit, with limited use, has performed beautifully. Next summer will be the real test but so far it has been great.

Works amazing!!! This little a/c unit gets my master bedroom frosty like an ice box. I love that it comes with a remote control for easy operation. Definitely recommend this for anyone who doesn't have central air. I already ordered a second unit for my kids room

Great for a small room. I used the options to mount to the window with screws. It felt very secure.

Our bedroom air conditioner gave up the ghost on a Wednesday night, By the following Tuesday, or new LG air conditioner from Best Buy was installed and operating. We're very pleased with the ease of its installation and its effectiveness in cooling our room.

This ac is a good size, keeps the place cold. Quieter than expected

Great AC! Got it right before the summer started and just needed a newer unit to keep my bedroom cool. Does a great job and I love the energy saver component also. Comes with a simple remote but it runs so quietly and smoothly! Definitely recommend

So far, it has been a good unit. My only complaint is that in the energy saving mode, it constantly has to turn back on to check the temperature and decide whether it's going to stay on or shut back off. It took some getting used to at first, since it's in our bedroom & kept waking me up every time it would turn on. Seems to be very efficient, cools effectively, and is fairly quiet for what it is.

Works well. I thought I made a mistake not getting 8000 BTU for my room, but it cools the room well. I like the vent is face up instead of front so I don't feel it blowing directly on me.

This air conditioner works great. Cools the medium size bedroom down quickly. I really like the remote. My sin actually uses it to shut off before going to sleep. I would reccomend this air condioner wholeheartedly.
