Edge Lit issues

I returned the first one out of the box because of the edge light blooming. Got the new one and the same issue! Again do not buy this.

Best Buy not so great, TV is great.

I purchased an open box model. I arrived at the store to pick it up and it was bubble wrapped, and not in a box. I asked where the stand and remote were so I didn’t set it on them. They said it didn’t come with a stand and remote. I told them that the description didn’t say anything about not including the basic items that come with the TV. When I got home, I unwrapped the TV and there wasn’t even a power cord to use the TV. I ended up having to purchase a power cord, remote, and stand for the TV. It was not a pleasant experience. The TV on the other hand has great picture quality and depth.

Stay away from lg

I specifically said I didn’t want another lg and asked them if a Samsung could utilize the lg sound bar and was assured it could. I selected a what I thought was a Samsung and paid the incredible increase in cost. I had to sign on that stupid credit card block and the long receipt came out. As I was eager to get out of the store as my dog was waiting in the car I made the mistake of not reviewing that long cashier receipt and did not notice that I was AGAIN purchasing an lg. It can not hold a candle to the sharpness and color of my old Samsung. Beware of those receipts you sign. The 3 Best Buy employees were all aware of my questioning if a Samsung tv could use an lg sound bar and tricked me into buying a 3rd inferior tv. Very disappointed

Horrible Backlight issue – Do Not Buy

Dark screens have this white light that bleeds into the image. Now I am stuck with this TV that Best Buy will not take back. The 2016 model TV I had prior to purchasing this model was way better and did not have an issue. Last time I purchase both an LG as well as a TV from Best Buy.

Piece of junk

Td ua 30 days and we purchases a 5 year warranty. The tv will not connect and work. Called numerous times still no call back from manager. Husband had spine surgery and i can not lift to return to store and still no call back

Kept getting rescheduled for installation

I bought the tv and a sound bar and the tech service for$2,000 on December 4th and it was supposed to be done on the 8th. I changed the wall mount and for some reason they had to change the installation date to a week later. Then it snowed on the 15th and they rescheduled to the 18th only to tell me then that the work vehicle broke down and rescheduled me for the 30th. One month after buying and they MIGHT install a tv for me. I tried to escalate this to someone who could get me set up for today but was told that wasn’t possible so I cancelled the order. They lost $2,000 and lost a customer because they don’t have their act together and aren’t willing to make things right.

Bad frame rates bad for gaming.

Very Disappointed.

For the past two months, it keeps buffering and having internet connection issues. We know it is the TV as our two other TV’s (about 8 years old and 4 years old) do not have this issue. It is very frustrating to be upsold by the Best Buy team, only to find out that the product is poor quality. Lesson learned. Don’t buy LG, or at least choose a less expensive model.

Bad TV
