    The controler is annoying as you have to use it like a computer mouse. At this price point i feel there are better options.

    Our 15 year crystal clear Samsung plazma died, went to best buy Salesman talked us into a LG but no real connections on back of TV fir added electronics not happy

    Pretty solid. Too expensive to have any issues a month or so after. Screen glitches sometimes and you have to unplug it to fix.

    No remote in box!

    We have no remote. I have to return the whole TV which my son just arrived and we have been waiting to give him and there is no remote. I don’t want an off brand remote. We have the 75 and love it - this one has no remote included and it should!

    Turn-On Nightmare!

    Once you can get the TV turned on the picture is great. Unfortunately, turning it on is a nightmare since you have to watch a series of advertisements and all sorts of technical TV options .... I wish I could simply turn it on and select the channel I want to watch.

      To improve this, please try disabling the Home Auto Launch feature: Press the Settings button on your remote.

      Navigate to All Settings → General → System → Additional Settings → Home Auto Launch.

      Switch this option OFF. This adjustment prevents the TV from automatically opening the Home screen with ads or apps, allowing you to go straight to your preferred input or channel.     Never Buy Open Box

    This TV was open box, rated excellent by Geek Squad and supposed to come with everything (cord, remote, stand, setup instructions, etc.). Guess what? When we brought it home and removed the wrapping, it was something else than described. It had no stand, no remote and the top edge of the TV was bent. What a bummer! We returned it immediately and bought a brand new, in box version of the same TV. Two trips to BestBuy, 27 miles total, hours of waste of time. The lesson learned: never buy an open box item and never believe its description.

    TERRIBLE OS

    I absolutely hated this TV. I was talked into by the rep inside of Best Buy. I originally wanted a Samsung. The LG was $100 cheaper. money was not a factor but he assured me it was better. After a solid day and a half of me. My wife and my son we all were unable to ever get it to connect to AirPlay and would also not screen mirror. We did everything including resetting routers verifying same network etc. we did it all. I returned it for a more expensive Samsung and I was connected and mirroring within 15 minutes. No issues with my network whatsoever. I also hated the operating system. And the Voice AI. It was all overkill and frankly annoying. Unless you are an LG loyalist. Buy something else.
