    Image is very good but sound is lacking. We had tried the HiSense U-8 55" initially and it was stupendous (image and sound) Our viewing room is open to our kitchen so the sound from the LG seems to be anemic. I'm thinking we should have gone with a 65" HiSense

    Service person, Adam was fantastic working with us. He explained all the features on our new tv and what we should consider for accessories. The Geek Squad people were excellent. Setting up our new tv and explaining and showing us how to down load our Apps on it.
