Customers are saying

Customers are impressed with the exceptional picture quality, vibrant colors, and sharp details of the LG OLED C1 TV. They also appreciate its excellent gaming performance, with smooth and immersive gameplay. The OLED display is highly praised for its deep blacks and stunning visuals. While some find the remote control a bit difficult to operate and the TV to be on the expensive side, overall, customers are very satisfied with their purchase and consider it a great value for the price.

Great TV. It’s difficult to assemble 65 inch without a few helping hands. Suggest getting Best Buy to install. Happy with purchase

Picture is wonderful. It is brighter than I expected. The Ads in the OS really are intrusive, so an Apple TV is recommended.

Everything about my experience purchasing a TV at Best Buy was terrific. From the salesman, knowledgeable but not pushy, to the delivery people, careful and considerate, all contributed to a great experience. I would recommend Best Buy to anyone.

Amazing picture quality, especially with 4K Dolby Vision sources. WebOS and UI are wonky with the former being not terribly stable.

Like every other review says this is a beautiful tv. Although they were not lying about screen reflections and not being for bright rooms. A note is that delivery was great they give you good updates and time windows and it was two people that bring it to wherever you choose.

Great overall TV. Can't talk to much about the sound quality as I have eARC setup. If running eARC, ensure HDMI 2 (eARC) port has the sound coming from the receiver switched off. I also had to upgrade my HDMI cables to play 4K 120HZ content from PC. Works great with nVidia G-SYNC.

LG Magic Remote is a joke! JUNK-

So Sad-I bought this tv $2,000 and paid $220 for set up in my house. Exactly 2 days after I set it remote up,drops-Had connectivity issues with this TV from day one. I reached out to LG for a replacement but they were choosing to send a repair guy out instead. I declined and got new one! It has the same problems and more-Now Closed captioning shows up!I purchased this TV after spending a lot of time looking at reviews. I usually don't pay much attention to the remotes because it's never been a huge problem, this time it was! Less than half way through setup I learned about the LG Magic Remote. It displays a cursor on the screen and the scroll wheel is the select button. If you use the arrow keys the cursor disappears but reappears as soon as you touch the scroll wheel/select button. I could learn to deal with the situation, if I didn't have tremors. Every time I try to select a letter, a app, or anything else it is extremely difficult to impossible to select the needed option. I contacted LG Technical Support and was told the option could not be turned off. I was told to buy a universal remote control. If you’re getting a special TV that you think will be in your home for a while, please look elsewhere-LG does not give access to the Spectrum app.

Best tv out there. I know you're probably thinking what about the G1 or the high end Sony? The price to performance just isn't there at all. Also no one tells you how fragile OLED screen are. This thing is thin so make sure you have someone to help you out set this up. This is not a one person job

Picture is nice. Changing the menus are a chore. You need a sound bar to hear the tv. The smart wifi remote is useless. If I touch my new laptop or turn it on it changes the sound settings on the tv and then i have to get the useless smart remote to change it back to arc. The sound is constantly adjusting.

Beautiful panel that's very color accurate especially after color calibration. Brightness is not a strong suit but that's what you get when you go OLED, currently. My only real complaint is the homescreen interface is relatively laggy, otherwise it's a pretty flawless TV. I do recommend setting it up with two people though, the TV itself is very heavy and large, and while it's doable with one person (I set it up myself) you'll stress less about possibly breaking it with someone helping you.
