    The TV is very good. The installers could have given us more instructions. They could have explained why they were hanging the TV like they were and how we could use the TV.

    Coming from a standard 4K tv already you wouldn't think there would be such a performance difference but wow!! I use full surround system hence sound quality score.

    This is a great TV. I am very happy with our purchase. Beyond the TV, BestBuy did the installation and did a great job. It was time and money well spent.

    Been debating between the Sony A80J but this set had better value overall as Sony couldn't see the justified extra $300. Plus, Sony obtains their panels from LG.

    Well, the first one had a technological hiccup and failed after one week. Best Buy delivered and installed a replacement soon after the original failed.

    Bought a LG OLED tv that had to be replaced. No issues with getting the tv replaced and once again the geek squad did a great job of installation. They are very professional.

    Awesome product works great with ps5. Tons of info on YouTube on how to set up the graphics to work perfectly with the ps5 since it has hdmi 2.1 VRR

    Already own a CX. Really love the new OS on this model. The new Game Optimizer is also really cool, there's nothing quite like it on the market, and works great with my PS5.

    Great TV. I love that it has HDMI 2.1 and my PS5 as well as my Series X works GREAT on it! I love the remote and the ability to control the AppleTV with that remote!
