What I look for is quality of user experience, and this TV has an awful user experience. Web OS is complete trash. Unintuitive, and it rarely functions properly. Apps are a complete pain to get added, and the way to navigate between apps, home screen, etc is about as clumsy as it comes. There was a recent update and the television operates worse than it did before. Horrible lag while navigating and apps will just crash for no reason. I will never take a chance on an LG OLED again. This experience has been terrible.

Since we had the long term warranty we were able to replace it with the newer version for virtually no cost. Picture is amazing, I hope it lasts longer this time. Pro tip: buy the extended warranty.
