Don't buy this TV. Bought at bestbuy Dec 2019 as 2700$ and now 1 year 10 months the OLED 65" broken. Totally stop working without any damage . Contacted LG and they don't want to do or repair anything. Worst company and terrible product !!!

Got coupon for 10% that didn’t work for this TV and somehow buy this TV while did not intend to do it if coupon would not work. Transaction cancelled but money went from/to account which leaded in credit score change. Bad experience. I buy this TV from Costco as they offer 5 years guarantee for free. The TV itself is just great, unfortunately I got none Evo panel, but ether way do not want play with G1 setup on C1 panel.

I just bought a 65" LG. So far I haven't been able to figure out how to change channels with the remote, the connections to streaming channels is slow ( TV not my provider). The magic remote is anything but magic, I still cant get the pic to sync with the voice (don't what the problem is there) Overall I should have gotten a Samsung

I was excited to purchase this TV. Just after 6 months I went to turn the TV on and it failed to do so. After searching forums and looking at multiple reviews I realized this is a common issue. Two TVs have now failed for the same issue as I am going on my third LG C1. I have a 1-year manufacturer warranty and an extra 4 years of extended warranty but now that I have had two TVs within 7 months I have lost all confidence in LG. Please stay away from LG OLED TVs!

Service person did a good job of installing the TV but then advised that he was not taking the empty box and the old TV with him because it was not on his order.
I had this organized at the time of purchase so disappointed that I am stuck with removal at the price I paid, and not to mention that I paid for the Total Tech program that included this service.

My particular unit was manufactured in January 2022, and appears to use the newer EVO panel. Unfortunately, it looks as if the anti-reflective filter is misaligned and so the left side of the screen has a pinkish hue when white and grey is displayed. This seems to be a common issue, so I didn't bother exchanging it, because otherwise the display is excellent.

I purchased an LG OLED tv and after 2 yrs it needs a new panel. The repair estimate cost more than the purchase price. That is crazy. their tv's don't last and they charge more fore the parts than a new tv. LG offered me a 10% coupon. Do they really think I would buy another LG product.

I can see why people love this TV but it just didn't work for me. The remote is gawd awful! The smart TV menu (for some reason) didn't have all the apps that we need (even a search couldn't find them) and the Wifi kept disconnecting - otherwise its a nice picture but the other issues make it a not a good overall TV.

The picture is beautiful. 4K is awesome, however the WebOS system seems really Buggy. I had to spend an hour on the phone with LG to get the system to download the OS apps. I've added a 4K firestick and now seems to run flawless, but spending that type of Money I want this to operate perfect out of the box

It's a good TV, but it takes it takes 10-15 seconds to load all the icons when you go to the Home screen. Sometimes when I'm watching Youtube TV it jumps to the default tv app without me pressing anything on the remote. Disclaimer...It's only done this 3-4 times in the first week. I may need to read up a bit more about the tv settings
