Then it became very unpredictable and dysfunctional. It took over two months for the store and total tech to decide who was going to fix it and even longer to actually get it fixed. The repair guys told me they were swamped with repair requests for LG OLED tvs. Now that it is 'fixed' the picture quality is marginal at best. It is now certainly not worth the money. I can't in good conscience recommend this product.

The first came with the bottom left corner bent and scuffs on it like it had been dropped or something. Exchanged it for a new one, everything was fine for a week….. Noticed 4 dead pixels in the bottom left corner of the screen…. Upon further inspection the bottom left hand corner has a slight almost I noticeable warp on the bottom left part of the bezel and the screen meet, with the same scuffs that the previous tv had. Then I find bubbling on the screen in this area and the dead pixels at the center of these bubbles in the screen. Also notice on solid grey screens and the ThinQ Home Screen, that the left panel of the tv is slightly brighter than the right. This is clearly the quality control problem that I’ve read about. It’s really going to hurt exchanging this for a QN90A. I still feel like this is probably the best TV all around, just too many lemons and I’ve had 2 back to back…..
