    fantastic for video games on console not so much pc. The tv died after about 15 months or so just bit the dust glad I had insurance.

    Hard to set up if your not a tech wizard. I have to pay Best Buy to come out to connect to satellite and show us how to use it. Best Buy gives no support even if your a total tech member. Bought a computer a Christmas and bought total tech. Purchased this tv and no support. Because I purchased online picked up then the set up was over my head, they will not honor total tech and send someone to setup and connect. Don’t purchase total tech, they do not do what they say they will!

    I am on my second C1 as the first set kept changing channels on it's own and it just did not work very well using YouTube TV. Now, I have had the second TV for 10 days now and I've had many problems with this one as well. Many times it has become disconnected to the WiFi. I never had this problem with my old set and my cell phone works great with the home WiFi. Then, this second set does not work well with YouTube TV either. Sometimes it takes three & four attempts to get the App to work. Overall I expected much more from LG! Especially for paying over $2,000. I do not forsee this television lasting very long, in fact, I'm going to contact the Geek Squad today and see about a different set!

    The lines on the right side of the screen started literally one month after the warranty expired. Now, the thing shuts down about 3-5 minutes after turning it on. I know the line thing is ab issues that many have had, and yet they continue to sell this product. Waiting for the class action lawsuit on this one.

    This replaced previous version the new menu for apps isn't as good as old one and preset settings for display are not very good old tv had better picture out of the box

    I originally loved this TV for its great picture but after spending $1,600.00 on the purchase, it only lasted 2.4 years before a vertical white line developed on the screen. I won’t purchase another LG if this is the short life you received from their products.

    Honestly, every day I use this stupid $2500 tv, I question all my life choices. This thing is such a pathetic excuse for a “smart” tv. Constantly bombards your with ads you can’t get rid of unless you disconnect from internet (at which point, why pay so much?), has a stupid “live tv” function that turns on and annoys you (with random tv channels or terrible static if you turn off all the tv channels) if you don’t do anything on the Home Screen for too long. Couldn’t possibly give this a lower recommendation. Seriously. Yes, it’s functional but it is the greatest waste of money I’ve spent in my 25 years of life, and I spent $3000 getting a yoga certification I never used.

    TV stopped working after 2 months

    2 months after getting this TV it gives me an error message that it is unable to load user agreements. I can't seem to find any troubleshooting help specific to this issue. After goggling the issue, I see that it's probably more common than not, but my TV doesn't have the right options in settings to even trouble shoot it. I wish I brought the Sony or something else.

    The LG Oled is vibrant and true to color. I’m happy with my choice but there was a big learning curve on how to use all the functions.

    Purchased on July 17 and it was working great until now. Tv turned off and now it won’t turn back on. We unplugged and tried resetting it, but it just makes clicking noise and for a second only a few lines come out while in black screen. We can’t return it because it’s two weeks past the return policy. So much for a $2,500 tv. We expected a longer life than just 3 months.

    LG OLED 65 Will Not Turn On

    The LG was installed and had a beautiful picutre ... for 3 days, day 4 it would not turn on, just a black screen with an occasional flicker. I tried all suggestions online, of which there are many, none worked. Evidently this is a common issue with the LG as there are literally hundreds of posts about it. Returning it for a Sony.

    I thought it would have a better picture on the 4k movies. At times when picture fades out it get blurred then back on focus.

    Be aware of eARC issues / functionality

    After 3 months of owning this TV, I am having issues with the eARC connection not working properly. After resetting the TV, it started working again for a couple of days and then stopped working again. I did not expect this type of quality issue out of such an expensive TV after only a few months.

    I bought this tv Jan. 2022. Paid 1799.00. Did not puchase extended warranty. 2 years 3 months later the display panel went out. Repair estimate 2040.00. No way. Called LG customer service. Supplied all documents they requested. Spoke with 3 different customer service reps. They offered me a 15% discount on a new purchase. Bottom line, if you purchase one, better buy an extended warranty. LG did not stand behind their product. I rolled the dice, got a bad one. But LG basically said that was my problem.

    LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE! I purchased this TV in July of ‘21 and have had ongoing issues since very early on- which I attributed to WiFi connectivity. Unfortunately, I’ve learned these are related to the TV itself. Fast forward to Feb ‘22 where the picture went completely black but the TV itself still indicated power. 2 Geek Squad visits later (power supply replaced visit 1, motherboard replaced visit 2), the TV is still not working. Hoping to resolve with either one last attempt at a replacement part before a move to a replacement TV altogether.
