Vertical black line 10 months after purchase. LG support is the worst I have ever worked with. They have so far given me six separate phone numbers for "authorized service centers". Four of them have been out of business, one said they straight up don't do TV repair, and the final one said that they do repair work but not authorized -- they don't work with LG for reimbursement, so the warranty is worthless. How on earth is LG going to give me phone numbers for repair shops that *don't work with LG*?! The "one year parts and service warranty" is completely worthless since apparently there are not actually in repair shops.

The day after the last return date, funny how that happens, the TV started to continually make a loud Snapping sound every 5-10 minutes, whether the TV is On or NOT. Not sure what that is all about. It's coming from the bottom back left but no way you can get into the TV to see what might be causing it. I also don't like the screen continually going out of focus and correcting itself. Most annoying. I'm streaming high-speed internet so i know that's not the problem. I've got other older TV's NOT experiencing any such problems. And last but not least, the sound is terrible. Almost a muffled quality. It really should be a required disclosure on the box indicating you MUST buy a sound-bar to enjoy decent sound. So i've got a couple thousand dollars wrapped up in a TV and Sound-bar that we are NOT enjoying.

Mr. Kevin the store manager was very rood, there was a delivery order from Allstate insurance to me and the Best buy representative who sold the TV to me, cancel by mistake the on line orders, when we come back to figure out what happened with the online order, The store manager insist its our mistake even before the sales man comes to check with him, instead of that he insists its our mistake because we are originally not from US. we me and my wife ware very angry, and then the sales man came he explained that he didn’t cancel the online order but maybe the system error. Mr Kevin was rood and I’d really want to return the TV to the store and never deal with the store ever again

Tried this LG TV after having to return a Sony A80J that pixels went out on. The LG had great features, but the colors were off even after adjusting settings. I also thought the Sony had a much better picture than the LG. Ended up returning the LG and got another Sony A80J.

TV absolutely sucks! Im on my 4th replacement and the dam thing still has issues..
1st one had a dented screen,
Replacement 2nd had a broken screen almost completely removed from the frame, 3rd one, warped screen causing screen discoloration and distortion in viewing,
4th one,
Discolored vignette band completely covering 25 percent of the left side od screen, dicoloring whites greys and can be seen even in HDR content.. needless to say,
Im not happy, completely unsatisfactory with this product at 2000 dollars later, 4 TVs later and the thing is still not right.
Im returning this model, not getting a replacement, and ill reconsider ever buying an LG again.

The TV pitcher looks funny. The surround sound purchased that was recommended doesn't match up. I had such a bad time in the store trying to figure out what deal I had I couldn't focus on what was important, getting a tv that I liked.

While playing a game the volume is nice And loud but watching a movie/television the volume has to go up to 50 to get decent sound. I paid too much money to have this issue.

You can change the sound output on your TV. Go to Settings (gear icon) > select Sound Mode > and check out the various pre-selected audio selections available. Check out Cinema mode as it is designed to give you an immersive entertainment experience. ^Jennifer

I don't know why this received 4.5+ star review...I purchased this 1 year ago and it started failing exactly in a year, horizontal lines started to show up on the left top corner and slowly expanding to the rest of the screen. The warranty is no longer active after 1 year, and contacting LG customer service just gives me no response.

I purchased this TV on April 29, 2022. On August 27, 2023
I powered the tv on and it turns off instantly I am told the motherboard is bad. I had this for TV 16 months and payed over 2000.00 dollars for a paper weight now. I dont write reviews but I payed alot of money for this tv and expected to last for 5 to 7 years for the cost and money is tight for everyone now.

After owning this television for 14 months it started displaying a solid black vertical line. LG support informed that their warranty expired after 12 months. I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DOLLAR ON AN LG PRODUCT! No one should have to buy an extended warranty plan to cover a television that should work for more than 14 months. Back to Samsung for me.
