Been wanting to upgrade to an OLED for years, and finally pulled the trigger. Was very impressed at how well balanced of panel this was between games and movies, enjoying it thoroughly. Then after owning it for just 30 days, the pixel controller short circuited and bricked the TV, making it completely useless. Worst big ticket purchase I've ever made. Still waiting for the repair, hoping the replacement panel doesn't also suffer the same defect.

Worked great with LG sound bar for a year. Then stopped working after a software update. Must turn sound bar off to get tv sound off mute. LG support is worthless. Had no fix. Never had issues with Sony, but Best Buy said LG had better picture quality than Sony. Not true. Picture quality is the same and at least I can hear sound through my Sony!

This is a fabulous device for displaying your own images, photographic or otherwise. It does, however, have a major design flaw in that the images that are loaded onto the Frame TV can't be recovered and can't be backed up. My TV froze up and I could no longer edit my photos. The Samsung advice to do a factory reset of the TV would result in the loss of 3000 photos already loaded and edited. That's unacceptable.

Please invest in something different this piece of junk only lasted us 4 sad months im so frustrated it wont turn on even though there is power connected and i made a claim to the LG service and they are still trying to find a "repair center" near my area its been over 2 months and nothing! For the price this LG TV sucks my cheaper 200 dollar Phillipps has lasted us 3 years no problem. This is a piece of work! >={

Terrible service I bought this expensive tv and I haven’t been able to watch the tv since December 28th.. the tv is defective.. I have been told to just wait til I can get an appointment to fix it even though the quickest they can get to me is Jan 22.. I’ve had this tv for almost a month and haven’t been able to watch it.. I am very frustrated with this store and probly won’t buy another tv from this store ever again

Cheaply made, bottom edges have rippling, looks dented in glare from windows, geek squad said it's the nature of the thin screen design but to us looks dented from possible finger grip maybe from unpacking/packing or install, neithless to say this will be exchanged for a Sony or samsung

After I purchased the furniture installation, they refused to out put.it together because I did not buy it at Best Buy. The sales people said no problem, they would do that. In fact, I even ask if I could order the furniture from Best Buy because Best Buy sales the same brand Furniture manufacture. Finally after getting .mad they finally put The furniture together. Training on equipment purchased was weak, really nothing.

Don't attempt to censure channels that we choose to watch.
While I liked it for the most part I do not want a product that eliminates app options that it has a bias against. When you include every option in a particular category except one product or group of products it is obvious why.
We returned this tv so that we could watch Fox Nation, We especially like Lara Logan and Tucker Carlson episodes

Vertical line and red tint

I knew I should have returned this unit when I noticed the red tint on the left edge of the screen when I first got it. It has now been 1 year and 4 months and now there is a vertical line on right side of the screen. I do not recommend LG Oleds. Quality is no good and I'm out of warranty range.

I have no idea - purchase 8/8 couldn’t be scheduled for installation until 9/23. Went into the Brentwood, TN location today to ask if I could get an earlier installation. After talking to four different people, was told that they could let me know in 24 hours if the installation could be pushed up. I gave up and told them to forget it! Since I can’t review anything, I’m sure this isn’t worth any points.

Horizontal lines / grid effect

First one had the thin horizontal lines / grid pattern in bright scenes that others have reported. Replaced it and the second had the same issues. LG quality control not good enough right now, especially not for a $1700 tv. If you pay for a “premium” product at a premium price you should receive premium quality. This is not that. I’ll gladly pay a little extra for a Sony

Bought TV and specifically asked salesman about height of stand so sound bar would fit in front of tv. The stand only raises bottom of screen 2" and the sound bar blocks out bottom of screen. I then found out that most other TVs have legs that raise the TV higher.
Very disappointing when I can't read info scrolling on bottom of picture after asking and paying so much money.

My TV died after 1 year and 4 months of use-- which is 4 months after the warranty expired. There was no physical damage and it was plugged into a surge protector the entire time.
