The reps were not pushy to upsell and offered honest reviews of their experiences with different models. The reps went above and beyond. My only complaint would be that the TV went on sell for a lesser price just over Bestbuy’s 15 day price match window and Bestbuy will not honor the lower sales price.

Being a long term customer I bought an iPhone 17 pro a few months ago and had to go to the store about 5 times in one week before my phone worked(whole different issue.) Now I bought a 1300 tv, that I’ve wanted forever, I got the excellent open box to make sure I got everything that’s supposed to be with it. Instead DIDNT HAVE THE SCREWS FOR THE STAND AND HAD A TOSHIBA TV REMOTE. BE BETTER GUYS. Since the remote uses infrared I had to go buy another remote, and find some screws to make the stand work. Shouldn’t have to after spending 1300 dollars. Lg c5 rocks tho.
