Best Buy themselves are great. The jury is still out on the tv. It displayed vertical lines for the first day, these ranged in color. I decided to let the tv sit turned off overnight. So far so good, I have been using it for 3 weeks and have not seen the lines again. The remote is a terrible step back from previous LG tv’s and the OS/menu’s are much worse then previous generations of LG tv’s I have used. The speakers are also terrible, but I would assume most use a soundbar or home theater.

Fresh out of the box we could not get the WiFi to connect, but we stayed patient and gave it a few minutes, turned everything off and back on, and then it worked! Picture is great, and had no troubles adding our apps/streaming services.

This TV is so clear and sharp! I now can see the tiniest details in the picture and makes you feel like you are there.

Using with AppleTV 4k provides a beautiful image and wonderful operating experience. It was easy to mount to a wall mount being slightly less massive than one would think.

Great picture as expected! However, the initial setup wasn't the easiest, and the remote control functionality is a little funky. I would still highly recommend especially for the price.

This is a phenomenal TV! The screen is gorgeous and the OS is realy good and snappy too. The colors are deep and rich and with an OLED the black levels are amazing. It is a phenomenal value for the money!

LG C5 is great TV replacement of a Samsung curve l has for several years. Better picture in my space

Quality is awsome even in sunlight. Been an LG fan for a long time and this one doesn't disappoint.

We have only had the tv for a couple of weeks but so far, it is a clear and vibrant picture, volume even without the soundbar is still ok but we also bought the soundbar due to recommendations.
