My fiance and I aren't the kind of people to invest in TVs on a regular basis. But when our old Sony started losing audio at random intervals, we knew it was time for one. We got this TV with a huge discount and we are very pleased with the picture quality as well as the sound. We were sure we would have to get a sound bar, but honestly, the speakers on the TV are quite good. It's amazing how a TV from a few years ago looks so dated in comparison to new ones.

Love the picture, but if your not hanging it on the wall the stand is very flimsy. The remote control uses a "wii" style pointer that is not very accurate.

I have not had a TV in several years so I wanted to splurge on a nice one without going over the top on something like an OLED TV. The picture on this TV is crystal clear; I was going back and forth between the Sony and LG TVs, but the sharpness on the LG TV sold it for me. The WebOS interface is not as clear or intuitive as other smart TVs but I still figured it out without reading the manual. This tv does what I need, I can watch movies in much better detail and quality than on my computer monitor!

The TV was easy to setup. Having a mouse pointer makes quick access convenient to the point that my 5 year old daughter has mastered and taken control of the remote (I'll get it back one day). The HDR and 4K vibrance is beautiful. Apps have not crashed once yet.

This TV went to replace an old Vizio that finally died. Great picture quality and love the apps available. For a family that streams all family content, this TV fits the bill perfectly. Just trying to figure out it's IoT connectivity hub. Only downside is the built in speakers are weak (or I'm just deaf, could be both)
