We are very pleased with our new LG TV. The picture is so bright and clear and the sound is great. It was so easy to hook it up with our other devices . And the video showing how to unpack the TV from the box and setting it up was so very helpful so we didn't have any trouble.

I bought this TV on Black Friday at am incredible price. At first I was skeptical as to the quality because of the low price. After waiting a few days for delivery, it took me a couple of weeks to finally get it out of the box and set it up. I chose not to hang it for the time being. Despite the size, the legs are holding it steady. Of course, there's a little swaying when you move it for positioning because of the weight. My first impression turning on the TV for the first time was a bit disappointing; the factory setups were less than impressive. After learning my way around accessing the settings, I was able to configure the image to my liking and I must say that it looks great. The picture configuration is quite sophisticated and if you know what you're doing the results will be great. The sound is typical for a flat TV; mediocre at best. I chose to hook it up to my JBL sounbar and the problem is solved; big picture with big sound. I wish there were more than 3 HDMI inputs but I can live with that. I'll get an HDMI selector if the need arises in the future. The interface could be a bit simpler but with a little patience you'll get the hang of it. A few weeks with this LG TV and I'm liking it more and more.

I got the tv at a very good price. I love the features of having a smart tv. The picture quality is great. I cut the cord on cable tv and this tv made that transition easy. Why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the webOS that comes with the tv take to long to get up to date apps. So I had to purchase a Roku device because I’m not patient enough to wait.

This TV is awesome and has many updated features and apps! The LG model has it's own channel with free movies included. I love the picture quality but the audio can use a little more enhancements. Other than that, this is a great TV for the price! We caught it on sale for $499.99.. I would definitely recommend it to others!!

This tv was easy to set up and has a good clear picture. It operates at a much lower temperature than my plasma tv it replaced did and is a lot lighter so I did a wall mount by myself pretty easily. The only down side is it has a little trouble keeping up with things that are moving faster like some sports or races but for the price I'm pretty happy with this television.

I've had this TV for a little over a year now and it still looks brand new and is much better than a regular 1080p which even I was skeptical it would look that much better. It does. Although I give 4 stars because the amount of time I have spent in video settings to get things to look as good as they should is way to much. I don't use the Smart tv either since the video and audio don't sync up. The settings that look okay on movies make video games hard to see. I had to make many many modifications to every pre-set video setting depending on what is plugged in to that HDMI outlet and make doubly sure no one changes those settings. For example, I have to turn on game mode for my PS4 but those settings aren't great so I had to make modifications to improve the video quality and dark level so that games are playable and youtube videos aren't washed out. The HDR is not what it claims to be and you might as well not have it on since the darks are too dark and the whites are too white. This is by no means a plug-and-play tv if you watch a lot of movies and play games on the same tv. Once I got the settings right it is amazing and worth the money but the initial setting up drops it a star.

I was a little disappointed when I didn't have the option to download apple tv, but then an update appeared and the apple tv app became available. The color and the sound is great and we really like the internet channels that are available so we don't have to add cable to get more options and free viewing options.

I had an old 50" but this is incredible! You really need to mount this on the wall cause it is so big. Best Buy does have the mounts and will do it cause you need to have 2 people and mount to studs. The price on sale was great also. Plus it mirrors my Apple Products that other TV's don't all do.

Had been reviewing and looking at 65" TV's for a couple of months before making this purchase. Very happy so far with this LG 65" smart LED TV. Picture is great hooked up to our sound bar so don't use the TV sound much. Price point was right on and delivery was seamless from Best Buy. On time and very professional.

This T V is very awsome. Cant say enough good things about it. Beautiful pictures, easy to program. Glad I came out of my house on this crazy day to Best Buy to purchase it. I also need to add that Best Buy had it in stock no hassles and @a great price. I love my new TV and I love this store.......Just sayin! Slys

Our 50 inch went out in the living room so we purchased this as the replacement. It was on sale, very reasonably priced. The set up was easy, the apps and other extras were definitely a plus. Lg soundbar was purchased separately and was a good addition. I'm satisfied with the pair.

Process speed, screen color, picture quality and sound are really good! The only knock on this TV are the stand alone legs, they are flimsy and do not provide enough stability for the size of the screen. It’s a light TV and if you mount it on a wall you won’t have to worry about it’s stability.

I am very happy with this TV. Set up was easy. I like the free LG channels.Picture was good right out of the box. I found a web sight that gave me better settings. I use a 6.2 speaker system ,so the internal speakers I do not use. So far I am very happy with purchase. The price was reat.

We already own the 49" model of this TV for our bedroom and think it is a great TV, especially for the price. We particularly like the ease of using the menu and apps, and the picture quality is quite good for the price. We were looking to upgrade our family room TV and knew that a 65" TV would fit in the alcove built into our wall, but we also knew that the stand could not exceed 51" wide or it wouldn't fit on our table/TV stand. The Best Buy website indicates that the width of the legs/stand on the TV are 48.5". Unfortunately, because the showrooms are closed due to the coronavirus situation, I was unable to see the TV before purchasing it online. When I got it home and pulled it out of the box, I realized that the true width of the legs is about 53" and it wouldn't work out for us. So, back in the box it went, and I got a different TV. But had this one fit on our table, I am certain we would have enjoyed it as much as our other one, especially since no one in the family would have to learn how to work the remote and TV features. I will mention that, despite the stores being closed, the return process was quite easy and the customer service was exceptional, and the delivery of the new, second TV was great as well.

This is my first time purchasing a television of this size. I have smaller LG's, but decided I wanted a bigger one for my entertainment room. This one is great, Plus it's asmart TV which makes it even better! You cant go wrong with quality like this, and the price was great also.

SO I got this replacing a larger screen curve that I had.. was packed as expected by the company, good solid foam.. set up was simple and easy.. took more time getting into the box than anything else * laughs * size is great, color is wonderful, all in all A GREAT tv..

Haven’t had a new TV for at least 5 years, and that one was only 48 inches, so this TV was a significant upgrade for us. I love everything about it, from picture quality to ease of use. If you’re in the market for a new TV, I doubt you’d regret your purchase with this one!
