||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.So far out of the box pretty good for $500 4k 120fps i had a nanocell before i hated the backlight issue this tv doesn't have that i have a series x that has dolby atmos but this tv only supports it to 4k 60fps unfortunately The sound is decent but could be better it didn't bother me because i use headphones for everything

The image looks okay I like the brand very sensitive screen and shape, we like the remote also. When opening the box it’s all there and in a safe enclose package. No problem so far so good.

I do wish a protection plan would have been offered, when I asked during t1he purchase tyhe salesman said I might have the opportinuity to purchase an extended plan at a later date? This is the only reason for 4 stars, the TV as a unit is worth 5 stars, but the lack of a protection plan was disappointing to say the least.

Delivery was on time and the guys did a great job with the installation. The factory settings were a little off but a Geek Squad member came to the house and re adjusted the picture.
