The quality is pretty good considering the price but the OS sucks and it's very buggy. 1. ESPN is not supported. Yes, you heard that right, there is no espn app to download 2. If you are watching a video (youtube, netflix) and stop it and return to homepage, the video will randomly resume after 5mins. You have to turn the TV off each time that you are not watching. I would not recommend this overall

First one had broken screen but return was easy and painless. Very happy with new replacement

We really wanted to love this TV but ended up returning it due to the light bleeding along the bottom length of the screen, especially on the left side. Way too distracting. I do really appreciate how great BestBuy was with making the return easy. We are looking at different brands now.

Honestly, I would give this item zero stars if I had the option. I purchased this LG TV, and the screen went completely out within the first ten days of owning it. After struggling to get the TV mounted, I had to take it down only a few days later. Lol, I certainly wouldn't recommend this item to a friend. Thank God I was within my return period, and the team was super helpful in helping me find a better option. Shout out to both Pablo's over at the BestBuy on Camelback Rd. they went over and above to help rectify the situation.
