The TV is fine. My objection is with Best Buy. The magic remote stopped working after the first week. We can only power on/off using the tv power button. We tried to return the tv to Best Buy but we were 3 days past the two week return policy. They offered absolutely no assistance. No one at corporate would speak with us. Their advice was deal with the manufacturer. I won’t be shopping at Best Buy again. If I get no service I will just use Amazon or Walmart or Costco who is great with returns.

The only thing that brought the review from 5 to 3 is we couldn't get Spectrum downloaded due to the system used.

Returned the t.v. It was difficult to transition from 1 app to another. It was very slow with loading and extra apps were hard to download. The black background was too dark making the subjects hard to see. The sound was tinny and low quality. The picture was low quality and not as clear as my old T.v. which was 7 years older. Was very dissappointed in this t.v. I have an LG front loading washer and dryer and absolutely love them...don't know what happened with their t.v.'s.

TV is less than four weeks old with low usage and now it gives you a blue screen with no sound when I turn it on- nothing else. It’s no -functional. Ironically this happens a week after the return policy expires. Disappointed for an $800 purchase of an LG product. Now I have to wait another five days for the Geek Squad. Hopefully they can fix it!

Unbelievable for a "smart" tv but if you have DirectTV Stream, you can NOT install the app to this tv. Instead you are supposed to cast from your phone. That is crazy for so many reasons (can't use phone while watching tv, little kids do not have phones, etc.). I am not in the market for another Roku device to fix this issue. I'm sure the tv is otherwise fine but wish I had discovered this before I bought and mounted it to the wall.

Product is everything I wanted. Delivery was not good. Have a 4 hour window from 7-11am and showed up ringing doorbell and calling at 6:10 am in a Saturday.

It took me 3 units to realize that the problem was just the model itself. If there is a night or outer space scene, there will be color around the edges. Very distracting. This is a known negative of this model after I did more research. I ended up going with a different LG model for at least $100 less.

Took 1.5 hours to assemble and mount on wall with 2 guys. Ran for 30 mins. Turned off. About an hour later no picture at all, would not boot up. Very frustrating would not recommend. I returned 2 days later at Best Buy no problems or hassles.
