Borrowed a truck to pick this TV up during the sale. For 3 days I tried using the apps and none would update or open. The menu is very laggy and unresponsive. I would leave the TV on for HOURS at a time to update so I could try to watch a movie, but it would fail every time. This is the risk you take on these black friday special TVs.... Save your money.

I ordered this tv for delivery but ended up canceling and refunding the order Black Friday. I still have not received my refund and it is now 1/4/24. Whatever you do wait until it is delivered and return directly to the store. Unacceptable customer service. Called multiple times asking about refund and they all said it has been processed. That was until I spoke to the 1st competent customer service employee who saw that every employee prior missed the one crucial step to have the refund processed. Hopefully I receive my refund by the next new year 2025. Not holding my breath

This is a great Smart TV its functionality, and it has a great display for the price point. However, the webOS screen mirroring doesn’t work. And that is a function I really wanted, which is why I bought the TV in the first place. Disappointed.

Was not impressed by the picture quality. Bought as a black Friday hot deal, and kinda got what I paid for I guess. I returned the TV to Best Buy with no issue, so thank-you to Best Buy for having awesome Customer Svc!!

The worst tv ever! LG does NOT work with Xfinity for streaming services. I have three other platform tvs - all work great except this one. Constant stalling with streaming… have to constantly restart, delete app, and try again. Researched all the issues- it’s an LG platform issue. Do NOT buy this, regardless of price. Taking to the dump, buying a tv that actually works with streaming services.

Horrible purchase. The TV kicks me out of its Wifi everyday and everyday I have to log in to my wifi to stream. I own 5 TVs in the house, the only TV that does this is this one.

It's a decent TV for the price but I've only had it for a month and a half and there are already dead pixels. It makes sense why they put it on sale for so cheap. It's just not reliable.

Absolute trash TV - buggy from the start - then completely stopped working after a few months. The remote sucks - their customer service is terrible - and then just when you think they're responding - they just shove you on a junk email list. This on top of the 2 failed washing machines - I will never buy anything LG again - they are absolute GARBAGE. You'll be way better off with Samsung.

I purchased this tv on January 4, 2025. The tv worked well up until 2 weeks ago. The screen starting freezing and the apps would stop working, stating that it was not connected to the internet. We have 10 tvs in our house and 9 of them are connected and working. I now have to get it repaired or buy a new tv.
