    Set a delivery date in January, 2023. In March, 2023 received a call unable to deliver on promised date because they were short of help. It’s was frustrating so we cancelled washer and dryer purchase and purchased elsewhere. Made me feel like they didn’t care.

    Haven’t even had it 6 months and I’m having issues. It stopped heating, thankful for warranties.

    Its a 220 electric was not clearly posted. I had to pay $ 800 to run 220. WHY

    Do not purchase this dryer. It does not come with a power cable. The audacity to sell a dryer without the power cable is insane. That's like buying a new car with no battery.

    after a few short months, the heating element blew and my clothes arent drying. I want to say not everything comes off the assembly line perfect but just wow.

    Dangerous Electrocution problems

    DANGEROUS! My wife just feel to the ground and froze due to an electrical current running through the whole unit. checked with a multi meter and the entire unit is live. DO NOT USE THIS DRYER! Very dangerous!

    Solid dryer

    Great dryer, solid build, there's more space inside than it seems. The one thing I wish it had was a door that could open all the way (180° angle). It has a door that opens much like a car door, to where it doesn't lay flat against the washer next to it. It makes it harder to unload the washer, and I have to make sure I'm not leaning on the door too much so I don't break it. Not a deal breaker tho, and it functions better than the old one we had. I also gotta shout out the delivery guys. They really stepped up for me. When I was checking out, I clicked the options for haul away old dryer and install new dryer + extra necessary parts. When they got here, only the haul away had gone thru on my order. But the delivery guys were so nice and helped set up the dryer for me anyway using the old parts from the previous dryer. I'm so glad they were around to help get it done. Just wonderful ppl.

    I purchased this dryer because of its reputation. The dryer was installed and did not work. I immediately Dryercontacted the salesperson regarding the problem. The dryer was promptly exchanged and in 2 days had a replacement. The dryer works well and has a low noise output. Completely satisfied with this product.
