I immediately Dryercontacted the salesperson regarding the problem. The dryer was promptly exchanged and in 2 days had a replacement. The dryer works well and has a low noise output. Completely satisfied with this product.

Nice dryer but has a major flaw

The reason I am only giving it two stars is because there is a spot near the lint trap where laces get stuck and all the clothes end up tangled. It is the most annoying thing ever. I am so annoyed as this is a new purchase and I have no idea how to correct it.

We understand the importance of having a dryer that keeps your laundry moving freely without items getting caught or tangled. The area near the lint trap on this model has a small gap where lightweight items or laces can get caught. It's helpful to check the lint housing and surrounding frame for raised edges or lint buildup, as even a thin layer of compacted lint can cause strings or laces to snag. Placing lace-up items in a mesh laundry bag can also prevent contact with that part of the drum during rotation.
