    The oven heats up very quickly. Nice range of sizes for stovetop burners. Love the fact I can make things at different temperatures at the same time. so helpful and a time saver.

    Never recieved. Best Buy says they have it in warehouse and I schedule the delivery and then they cancel my delivery almost immediately. I then call or chat customer serbice and they reschedule me for a later date and almost immediately I recieve a text saying I need to schedule my delivery. I have been caught in this loop daily for about a month. Very frustrated and I have recieved no help. I now realize why people review the items and complain about the delivery and not the item, I have nowhere else to complain and am beyond frustrated

    Stove has awesome features BUT only if you can get the ovens to calibrate properly! LG DOES NOT service their product adequately. Other companies will not touch an LG product. Useless range when ovens don't heat properly and there is no repair help in sight.

    Stove/oven work fine. Not a huge fan of the split setup on this stove. The only material separating the top from the bottom is a shelf. Overall - no complaints. But if I had to do it all over again, would buy a traditional double stove with two handles and more defined upper an lower.

The single shelf in between serves as the thermal barrier, allowing each cavity to maintain its own temperature independently. If that separating shelf feels too minimal, here’s a quick step you can take to ensure it’s seated correctly (which also optimizes the thermal seal and cooking performance):

      Check and Re-Seat the Middle Shelf Properly: After sliding the shelf into its position, press down gently to make sure the shelf’s metal lip fits snugly into the side supports. Even if it looks like it’s in place, sometimes a slight misalignment can make the separation feel less substantial. When the shelf is fully engaged, you should notice each oven cavity holding its temperature more consistently—helping you get the most from both upper and lower sections.

    Product stopped working properly after 3 months. In the process of dealing with LG because Best Buy expects any defects to show up immediately. Burners either do not heat up all the way or overheat.
