This is a great Dryer but it's not easy to work. There are still many things I can not figure out how to work. Keep pressing buttons and looking on line. If it just automatic by the setting you put it on I wish they would just say that. And cool dry I did get turned off once but don't know what I hit and can't find it again. But it does do a great job and holds a lot of clothes and bedding.

Dries heavy loads efficiently and most important quietly. The door options makes loading easy whether a king size comforter or load of clothes. Would recommend.

After changing 4 different dryers I am happy to say I got the right one now. Works great. Adds its own time when needed. Always dry

Very good dryer, less wrinkles and dries clothes very quickly. Very easy to learn how to operate and is very large.

Absolutely love this dryer. We had purchased one similar for another home and couldn't wait to replace the washer and dryer in our new home. When we found that Best Buy did delivery and installation included for the gas dryer it was a win! The team that came to install were professional and great. They did the removal and installation in minimal amount of time with great professionalism. Also, took advantage of Best Buys reward member program and it's been a great investment knowing if anything goes wrong in the next two years it's covered. I am definitely recommending Best Buy to anyone looking to buy appliances and this dryer is one that I will continue to buy in the future.

Does a good job Drying. Coming from and old one that took a lot longer. Door opens from top or the side. I switched ours to open on the right. Might need to change the default dry level to "More". The shipped default dry level left some heavier towels and clothes a little damp. It's nice to know when a load is done through the phone.

While researching new clothes dryers, discovered that many outlets do not have appliance available for a week or weeks. Best Buy had one available in three days! Purchased to replace old one. Have used for one month already. Very easy to use. End of cycle musical notes are nice and friendly. The door opens in either of two directions. Wife loves it, so I do too ;-)

This large capacity dryer worked well from first day. We have had it for about one month and have used it over 6 times. It works well. I particularly appreciate the fact that the loading door opens either in both horizontal and vertical directions. Very helpful when one may drop a washed item on the floor during loading.

I've had LG washer/dryer before. They worked amazing for 14 years (not one repair issue!) but had to leave them behind when I sold my home. So obviously, LG was my choice again. Great looking; and of course more importantly, works great! And the extra room is great for my comforters :)

Love the easy load door. Unit is against wall (not my choice) so having a different way to open the door helps prevent wall dings. This is main reason for purchasing as there was only one other manufacturer that we could find that offered a top to bottom way of opening as well as left to right. So far drying works as expected so no issue there. Recommend.

I love this dryer. It has a great app that lets me know when clothes are dry. Dries quickly and is quiet.
