    The store canceled my order in error. Then waited another week for a delivery and they had the wrong dryer on the truck. Went out to store as now 3 weeks had passed and was treated in a most unpleasant way by manager

      For this model, one helpful step is to inspect and clean the lint filter and exhaust duct. A buildup of lint or residue can sometimes cause dark marks inside the vent area. Remove the lint filter, wash it with warm soapy water, and let it dry completely before reinserting. Also, check the exhaust duct for any lint accumulation or residue and clean it thoroughly.     I absolutely hate this dryer. It takes longer to dry my clothes, and I have to turn it on twice. Then when the dryer feels like they’re dry enough, it stops. When I check the clothes, they are still damp.
