We have only had them for a little over a month but so far above our expectations. The quick wash and dry saves tons of time and the clothes come out wrinkle-free. The units are very quiet. We are still waiting for our first gas bill to see how much we are saving.

Our previous dryer had a steam function but required a water line hook up to use. With the LG, there is a container you can fill with water that will allow the use of the steam dry. Very convenient for our setup where water is on one side of the room and gas is on the other. Large capacity sometimes doesn't fully dry very thick fabrics like denim and quilts but there are settings for each and you can always manually set up the dry timer and settings if you know it's a larger load or heavier material. My only minor dislike is the lighting on the settings, it's very hard to read what each column of settings (heat level, how dry, etc) is because they are not lit, only the settings themselves (low medium high, etc.) are backlit.

Excellent product. Very content that I selected this product. the additional space and the base mounts gives it the right height for operating and loading unloading. Exceptionally quiet operations, feather touch control dials, myriad of drying options, double lint collectors make this a highly recommended purchase. The cycle end is noted with a distinctly muted (but audible all throughout a spacious house) jingle tune. My kids actually mistake it for the ice-cream truck! We are enjoying this product and I firmly believe so will you!

Easy to use and works very well. Also very nice looking. If you live in California, it also qualifying for PG&E's energy saver rebate.

This is the best dryer I have ever bought. It has loads of functions and it's machine is really quite. Also design is really good and it drys clothes like you just have bought it. I recommend this dryer if someone wants value for its money.

We are very happy with our new washer and dryer. It has so many features and performs excellently. It has made our job of washing clothes much easier, more efficiently, and more quietly. We also love our new Nutra-Ninja Auto IQ and use it weekly to make smoothies. It saves much time in preparation and cleanup. We are amazed at the power and abilities of this system.

The dryer has a large capacity and loads easily. It is very easy to operate, just push the on button and then the "play" button next and it runs the same profile as last time. My kids think it has a video game interface and actually like to do their own laundry now. It does not generate room heat like our previous unit. Very happy with the purchase.

This is replacing an old Maytag dryer. Quiet and has lot of options. The drying cycle is short since the matching washer after the rinse and spin cycle, the clothes are much drier than my previous Maytag washer. While it takes longer washing cycle, the drying time is reduced. Overall very good set.

First dryer installed worked for about 5 minutes then there were strong melting plastic smells and it completely stopped working...drum would not spin. Installers were still at the house. Best Buy exchanged for free and the second one seems to work great. Lots of nice features.

I bought both the Washer and the Dryer as the set and both of them are very efficient, quiet and look great. It sets the own timer based on the load. The entire Best Buy experience was great!

This is my first experience with a front loader Dryer. PROS: Everything so far seems to be working good. I've only been using it for a week now. Some of the default setting that are programed into the machine are o.k. I'd prefer to be able to overide them which you can if you have a smart phone. I have not attempted to try it at this point. CONS: If you have propane you have to switch our the orfice yourself. You have to almost take the whole machine apart to change it out. Frustrating!

Replaced older front load dryer. This one is huge, dries well and is energy efficient. Plus, there are an endless combination of settings to protect your clothes.

Great dryer. Lots of drying, runs very quietly. Easy to clean lint trap filter. Appreciate the end of drying cycle alert chime.

LG Gas Dryer is excellent from small to extra large loads. It's efficiency is outstanding also offered rebates for clean energy. Quiet machine when running! Would purchase same model again if needed another dryer.
