    Order mix-up.

    A total failure: Initially, it was out fault that we ordered an electric dryer, when the bestbuy guys tried to deliver, they saw the gas line, so we rushed back to the bestbuy store and tried switching for a gas dryer, but, confusion ensued when the the bestbuy guy called saying he's on his way to install the electric dryer. It turned out, the electric dryer we initially ordered got replaced with the same electric dryer. through emails and calls, we're finally able to order the gas dryer which is due in november. I have asked the bestbuy guys to pick up the electric dryer since its sitting in the middle of my garage, but i guess they'll pick it up when the gas dryer order arrives in november.....

    Doesn't dry your clothes

    This dryer sucks. It stops mid cycle all of the time. Since the day it arrived and was installed it gives me the d90 or d95 error even though the is no lint or blockage in the duct. I have to run it 3 or 4 times to get mostly dry clothes.

    Have times the dryer simply will not get clothes dry. Takes 2 hours or more. Other times it does just fine. Would not consider buying an LG product again. Bought the washer and dryer as well as a television. Worst brand I have ever purchased.

    Unable to complete dryer install.

    Dryer was unable to be properly installed due to vent tube was too long. Installers were unable to remediate the problem or replace with a shorter tube. Instructed to schedule another install appointment. Installer would provide the information to service/support on what was needed.

    Dubious Quality

    I purchased this dryer last month. Whenever I run this machine on high temperature, the laundry room gets very humid. It looks like a bathroom after someone took a shower. There is a mirror in the room, and the mirror fogs up. After competing a dry cycle, I noticed lint covering the laundry room like snow. It was on top of the washer and dryer and even on the baseboards. I’m wondering if the dryer door is properly closed while it’s running. Very disappointed and stressful.

    I am so upset about this purchase. It’s been a nightmare with issues. Best Buy and LG were horrible about supporting it. D90 error every time almost. Even after cleaning ducts. I have found myself it seems to be a software and a workaround with a specific setting. Never buying an LG appliance again and never buying another appliance from Best Buy again. They simply do not care …

    The product was defective and unable to use. LG failed to connect the vent tube to the dryer causing it to vent into the laundry room.

    Delivered without stacking kit. Dryer sat in living room for another week. Delivered stacking kit but didn’t install. Would have waited another week for that. Had to install ourselves. now having issue with refrigerator delivery. Don’t buy from Best Lies.

    Buy an extended warranty or don't buy this dryer!

    Failed after 2 years of use. Entire motherboard needs to be replaced and the repair prices I'm being quoted are 80% of the cost of the dryer.

    Problems with smart functions, don't spent on this

    It's acting weirdly. The time that you set for dry, some time goes from 60 mins to 1 mins and it stops. And it does not happen always. The workaround that i'm using is to run that in manual and don't use any other smart feature provided ("For which i bought this") and the worst part is, i can't return this. LG i need the help with this.
