    This unit power button want power on and flasing panel light. i have to un plug to then plug to get power to work

    Defective parts & LG scaming support

    Our LG Dryer failed to dry within 6 months of purchase. Called Best Buy to have it fixed. Best buy woulf not send a technician to Black Hawk CO. Best buy made us work directly with LG tech support who wanted to sell me a six hundred dollars warranty. LG would not look at the machine unless we had a professional cleaning done first that can cost upward of $150. Also they threatened with non repair if the install by best buy was not done correctly. Anyway i got fed up with best buy and LG support; I ordered a $10 thermal fuse and fixed it myself. I think that LG should change their logo to “life sucks” as it best describes their service.

    Does not dry, as previous customer stated. I wish I would have know this before. I purchased, this dryer is a complete waste of money. It looks nice but is a piece of crap. I had BB come out due to it not. drying before the extended warranty I paired for expired and they were worthless. Only technical trouble shooting was done via phone. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

    Got it delivered today after a week with no dryer. So excited to “upgrade” from the old dryer our house came with. Sadly it was defective and the installer said it’s a daily occurrence. This dryer is garbage, LG should be out of business for selling defective products to consumers. Buyer beware

    Clothes do not dry

    It takes 2-3 extra drying cycles to dry as some are still damp, maybe the drying sensor is not working correctly. Definitely wasting my electricity.

    Best Buy deleiverd a damaged product

    Damaged product delivery! I havent heard of response. Poor customer service. No responsiveness. They marked the delivery & installation as compelte even though the peoduxt is damaged

    Do NOT buy this. Ruins clothes

    Purchased this dryer 1.5 ago and have had issues ever since. Clothes constantly getting caught and ruined on the lint filter even after replacing the lint filter multiple times. Do NOT buy this dryer!

    Finished installing the new dryer just to find out that it wont run because it has defective door switch. Now to wait at least week for the replacement.
