Great unit, bluetooth features are great. Best Buy did not stand behind the Best Buy Price Match though, very disappointing, bad for business when I was told by the phone customer service rep that I would receive the Price Match difference.

So far so good. It’s way quieter than my previous dryer (Samsung). I love the features on it like the AI. I have couch covers for my dogs and my old dryer never completely dried them. I would have to do several cycles. However using the AI feature it dried 2 covers one time.

So far, I love this dryer! It’s quite, It has the steam option that is fantastic for refreshing and sanitizing things. It heats really well and has lots of options for drying items by the material and type of item. I also love the look.

Family needing a work horse dryer having a range of features at an economical price range. This dryer is large in capacity yet compact in overall size.

My last Dryer up and died on me after 5 years, so replaced it with this one to match the Washer... that also died after 5 years (Both Samsung). Does the job, just hope it lasts longer than 5 year!

we bought the pair of LG washer and dryer. both are excellent in washing and drying. both has modern design.

Works well and is quiet. Only issue was with the install. When they hooked up the dryer vent it was not attached well and I had to pull out the dryer and re-attach.

I’m in love with the product. Great quality, the unit is beside my bedroom and I cannot hear it, very quiet, highly recommend it

After reading a ton of descriptions and reviews, and making mistakes in the past of buying other brands, we decided on this LG for our washer/dryer set, and we coyldnt be happier. The design, the features, the reputation…

The LG ThinQ has been great! Quick, efficient and love the app to notify when done washing/drying. It will even let me do a refresh cycle on wash from my phone if away and can't change loads right away. Love it!

Excellent dryer. Was in happy when our old dryer broke as I typically find newer appliances are not near as good as older ones. This one drys faster and has helpful settings. Did not even use the settings on our old dryer. I also like that the footprint of the dryer is smaller than many on the market.

Very powerful yet quiet dryer! Works even better after updating software via LG ThinQ app. Using customization on the app, we were able to match the installation environment which allowed us to get optimum drying results. Great product. Unfortunately, delivery logistics by Bestbuy web order were a nightmare, with multiple delays and zero explanation. Local Bestbuy agent and senior staffs were able to help us get the delivery made after several days of delay. Bestbuy website order needs to up their standards on customer communication.

Replaced our old unit. So glad I went with LG! The capacity and features allowed me to wash and dry larger loads and not worry about forgetting it in either machine with the FreshCare option.

Easy to complete the plumbing set up and mounting it to the top of the washing machine was a breeze. The machine is easy to use and very intuitive.

I was reluctant to buy at first because of the small LCD display. I only had it a couple of days but find it works fantastic. Love the wi-fi capabilities and alerts of cycle completion.

I bought this set two moths ago and everything works amazingly. Nothing bad to say about this set. I would definitely recommend to anyone.
