Steam + wrinkle protect pulls out the clothes like you just ironed them. Delivery was spot on and super quick. Installation took 40 minutes - outstanding team came to deliver and help set it up. 10/10 would recommend best buy for appliance purchases!

The first unit we received had this issue on the 2nd day of use. We returned it to BestBuy and they replaced it a week after the first one. After an hour of delivery and on the first run, the same issue occurred again. The light behind the buttons went away too. Not impressed by the quality at all. Now the promotion season is gone and I cannot get another device with a good price. LG is terrible. The matching washer also shakes in the spin cycle. It shakes the entire floor. Stay away from this!!!!
