Frankly, the last Samsungs we purchased didn't thrill us with the settings, the efficiency nor the all-around quality. So because the Samsung didn't fit the space and we had been thinking of trying something new we went with the LG and are happy we did! We feel the LG is easier to navigate and is an overall better product than the previous brands we have used.

Great dryer for the money

Dryer great, Best Buy service not so great

Unfortunately Best Buy didn’t realize this is 27” wide and the washer they helped me order is 29” wide, therefore there was no way to safely stack them.

Easy to Use

I did not find the Steam Fresh cycle removed creases for some new shirts my husband purchased so will have to try on sweaters in storage to see if this feature is worth it. I have only had the product a few weeks at this point. Permanent press cycle left items slightly damp which is as it should be. Very easy to change settings if different options than presets desired.
