Takes half the time to dry -- excellent purchase!!

Last time I bought a washer/dryer I cheaped out, but if I had known how great my LG washer/dryer combo was I would have bought it earlier. It is whisper quiet, quick and the clothes come out “fluffier.” Best Buy also has the best prices , and believe me I researched it. So buy it with confidence

The equipment are amazing and the installation team did a superb job. They came on time, installed everything correctly and tested the equipment. They really know what they were doing. We had slightly tighter spaces but they made it look so easy.

We replaced our 12-year-old LG washer with this new one. This washer has many more features including a steam setting. It also has a quick wash cycle that saves time and water. We have no regrets.

the digital display broke after a few months. It is still somewhat legible, but the numbers/times are all distorted.

In our matching washer, it spends a few minutes figuring out how large of a load there is. Maybe it's more complicated because it needs to figure out the amount of water to use, not just how long. The dryer though just starts drying right away. At the end though, you just don't know if the clothes will be completely dry at the end. We've started using the large load setting, even though it's an average size load. The normal setting actually says it uses an eco mode and I'm thinking that might be why. One general problem with both the washer and dryer is they don't really do a great job of telling you what the different settings actually do. One silly problem is the lack of a louder signal that the load is done. Our old dryer had a loud, obvious buzzer, these new ones play a musical tone that you can't hear. I'm really hoping the dryer lasts at least half as long as our old one (which was 20 years), but many of the reviews I've read don't give me a lot of confidence about this new breed of washer/dryers.

We looked at several brands of washers and dryers and asked questions of friends that had the LG machines. We also asked the sales associate which machines they would recommend. This machines are very user friendly and have the features we were looking for.

I've had this for a few weeks now. It is a good unit. The only problem is the same I've had with all brands: Loads with mixed weights of clothes do not all get dry on an automatic cycle. For instance, whites with some thin towels and thick towels don't get the thick towels dry on automatic. It may just be the nature of the technology.

It is a good dryer, love the steam option, could be cheaper.

Love my new washer/dryer/sidekick washer. Washer/Dryer have a lot of room, many cycle choices and very quiet. I'm thrilled with my purchase.

Nice blend of electronics and manual intuitive controls. Speed washes and drys in 15 minutes each. Huge load capacity. Awesome machines. Good job engineers. Got this one right!
