    Tear in the Gasket, BestBuy refused to take it bac

    After using it for two weeks, by pure chance, we realized that the gasket had a tear, which caused leakage. Since we bought the machine but waited for two weeks for installation, we were told that 15 days of return has expired when we contacted BestBuy. Now we have been waiting for a repairman for three weeks since BestBuy sold us a defective washing machine and refuses to take it back. We cannot wash our clothes for a month now since we are waiting for a repairman who only comes to our city once a week. I do not recommend buying an appliance from BestBuy

    Horrible delivery service and installation

    This is meant to BEST BUY customer service, as your website has no reasonable way to share feedback. Your third-party delivery service is HORRIBLE. There were four attempts (where I took time away from work) to deliver and install my LG washer and dryer purchase. In all instances, the delivery team refused to install, claiming that they were only there to deliver the product. It was very clear in my invoice and on the notes from Best Buy to the delivery team what needed to be done which was to install both products. The delivery folks refused to do the job and claimed they did not have enough time to do it and that if I wanted it done, it would be better if I paid them on the side. I shared this feedback with the store manager, who simply apologized and gave me 1-888-BEST-BUY to file a complaint. I called the number, and they simply took my information and added it to their notes for the shipper, this leads to believe that nobody is closely paying attention to the customer on what they have to say. I enjoy Best Buy because of what it provides as a brick-and-mortar compared to online only stores, but its lack service to customers and third-party delivery services are very similar to why SEARS and TOYS R US are not around. I hope this message is heard by somebody who cares.

    LG dryer stands for Lots of Garbage

    Horrible dryer. Constant warring message about D95 exhaust blockage. I have cleaned the vent several times myself. Still can get rid of message. Cant recommend neither the gas unit or install by Best Buy. Install by Best buy, told me they could not use a part they sold me but i cant return. I wouldnt even recommend the total membership warranty. I contacted Best Buy, they direct me to LG, who says i have to have a professional cleaning done before they look at the unit. Very horrible experience overall. Have called Best Buy several times. Online reviews show their is a consistent problem with exhaust warning. So now i have to pay for a exhaust cleaning and see what happens next. Runaway from this unit and Best Buy, total membership is a absolute waste. Customer service wont help you for big units at all.

    We were disappointed in the installation of the dryer and washer. We were unable to communicate with the installers since they did not speak English and we didn't speak Spanish. They neglected to turn on the gas on the dryer and didn't secure the washer drainage hose. We had to have a service visit to correct both problems causing us to be without a washer and dryer for another week.

    Not a durable dryer - broken within 2 years

    Our dryer stopped working at the 2 year, 2 month mark - NOT what I would anticipate from a washer/dryer unit costing around $2500 to purchase and install. Very unhappy with this model/brand - I will not be buying an LG again in the future.
