Why pay for features you can't use out of the box?

That seems very odd. Now I have to order more parts and since I just paid for this dryer to be installed and they didn't install the steam hookup, I'll have to do it myself...

Poor Service led to cancel my purchase.

Brian at Porter Ranch branch must learn to be respectful toward his customers. I spoke to his manager Scott and he simply that is 'Brian"!! Really that how it should be???

Great Product, Poor Service/Install
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Product is Great! I only provided 2 Stars due to Best Buy Service and response. First time I have experienced very poor service and response. The dryer install was poor and created blockage for dryer ventilation. Best Buy Geek Squad was Very difficult to address after Several calls and no show to appt to reconcile. I am also being advised I am subject to an additional fee to correct the install, even though I have Total Tech coverage that I renew year-over-year. I am disappointed and will second think purchases requiring delivery/install from Best Buy.
