After some time I have noticed that it loses connectivity pretty often. The quality of the image and sound is great, but I am getting really annoyed by having to rebooting the TV almost every day because it losses connection. I am about to wire it. I don't know if there is a problem with the Wi-Fi receiver or what, but I am almost upset already. And BTW, no issues with connectivity with any other devices. My interente is solid.

I bought this TV to replace a TV that went bad. The remote is intuitive and fun. It has a cursor that shows where you’re pointing on the screen. Thats about where the good ends. The OS is very sluggish, and will take up to 30 seconds to register a click on the remote. Then the picture is poor quality for a sew seconds before it clears up. If I’m watching the LG channels, it will buffer 3 or 4 times immediately after selecting the channel. It will lose connection to the internet and I’ll have to hard reset to get connection back. My other devices will still be connected to the network, so I know it’s not the router. After about a minute, it will start working correctly. The picture is clear and bright once it catches up, and the sound is good. It’s very nitpicky, but if I’m paying hundreds of dollars for a brand new item, it should work the way it’s expected to.

We like the TV overall…great picture especially when watching Netflix or Amazon Prime. The webOS system is not great….gets frozen a lot or just resets the TV…I have zero issues if I just watch apps through my XBox instead of streaming from WebOS…overall decent quality performance for the price

TV is great for sports, any bright shows/movies etc. In dark scenes you will deff see some of the backlight lines and washing out. For me, its not a big deal just takes a few picture settings adjustments based on time of day and what you’re watching.

Great TV for the price. The first one came with some minor screen damage but BB was so great, they sent us a new one within a couple days. The smart TV operating system could be w little better organized, but just takes some getting used to. Overall happy with the purchase.

The Best Buy staff were very helpful during this purchase! The television is excellent. The picture and brightness are the best I’ve ever seen. The audio is vey good. I connected a Visio sound bar to this and the sound from the tv complements the sound bar vey well. Setup and connectivity was vey easy.

Love the tv. Web os is a little slow but other than that. Picture and sound are top notch. Very well worth the deal I bought it for.

I do love this TV. Obviously I upgraded my Insginia since college but all in all, I wanted a pure quality in color and this is it and more. Its fun watching national geographic bc I can't get sick of the colors. I got the LG soundbar 2.1 too.

A big beautiful screen. Guided set up was a breeze and so far all of the apps work just perfectly. I like the WebOS platform as it reads external hard drives so you can play your movie collection with most formats compatible, including matroska.

Very nice picture, however, the operating system is far from good. The lag is so slow, thinking about returning the TV.

tv looks great and commands the living room it is placed into, vibrant colors and perfect for rooms that happen to be very bright. I will say it is very heavy though.

I love that we have the total protection, they delivered it within a week or less with in home delivery. The appointments were too far out for them to install it so we did it ourselves! I love the 70 inch size. The picture is amazing most of the time. At first, we thought the tv was defective bc at times it gets blurry but i just think its the Wi-Fi! Hopefully!! But for the price we paid on sale, it’s definitely worth it:)

The Nanocell has a great picture but the OS runs slow. There is significant lag when moving between appe and general functions.

Great picture, as good as any I have seen. Love the set but the WiFi will not stay connected. I have a 3 router TP Link Deco 9 mesh network in my house (2,700 sq. ft. single story) yet the set will not stay connected to the network even when I move a router right next to the unit. No other devices connected to the WiFi experience this issue. My previous TCL Series 6 never lost connectivity. I have had to hardwire the set to the router. Do not buy this set unless you can connect via cable to your network, otherwise you will be disappointed. Also, the operating system is painfully slow. One other issue, the "documentation" is totally worthless. In particular there are no diagrams of the locations of the inputs. If located in a tight space as mine is, you have to grope blindly behind the set to locate the RJ45 jack (and other inputs). In hindsight, I would not have purchased this set. You live and you learn! If not for these issues rating would be 5 stars.

Processor is a little slow? Channel guide is slow loading but other than that love it great picture

Super great, easy to use. I run my Apple TV box on it and it’s great. The tv features them selves are not great though. Plenty of apps yes but the tv is soooo slowww running them.
