Picture problems
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This tv is nice looking and fully metal. Sound is ok but i have a home theatre system so that is redundant. The sound sync is awful i have it set with optical and words are late from mouths, even with adjusting all the way to 60 The worst thing though is the picture. I'm sure it looks good in a bright store on vivid but in a house its way too bright and oversaturated. If you set it to standard then dim areas are too dark and almost un-viewable. All the other presets, both cinema options, APC and directors all just put a yellowed old timey film look to itso basically you have 2 options bright as heck or dulled out yellow. Digging deeper in the settings you can change the color temp which goes from normal looking to yellowed. Its like LG forgot about blue. My sonys have a "cool" color temp and that is perfect. This tv though there is no way to adjust the blue spectrum.

Unsatisfactory picture quality; returned it.
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I returned this TV for two reasons. First, it was too big for my space (not the fault of the TV, so I am not dinging any stars for that). But second, the picture quality was not good enough. Using the built-in picture settings, they went from too bright (colors washed out) to too sepia-colored. I did find instructions for adjusting the picture on "rtings.com" web site for this exact model, but didn't bother to try dialing it in because of another issue: The image shudders and stutters in certain situations. Watched a show with an aerial pan of NYC, and the buildings were skipping across the screen as the camera panned. Said, "Nope," right there and boxed the TV back up to return it. If you're interested, I exchanged for a TCL Roku 65" QLED and am completely enamored with it. Amazing picture right out of the box. Blows the LG UN7370 away. I do miss the Magic Remote, though. That was very cool.

Apps that comes needs updates. No enough memory
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First of all the delivery team was amazing and on time with Mr Jose N and Axel. They were very careful and professional. Applause to them. About this Tv: Overall this TV is fine. LG is a great company, great quality but.... The Apps that came with the TV Needed many updates and I am getting messages like “ you are reaching available memory capacity” . I was never told this would happen. And I am afraid this TV won’t last fir too long. And my exchange period it is expired.

Very disappointed
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Read all the reviews online, and even though we love our Samsung TVs, decided to go with the LG when we were getting a new bigger one. So disappointed. The set up should have been easy, but we had to go through 5 different manuals to set it up, which was so frustrating. The directions to attach the stand were not in the quick set up guide...only the wall mounting directions, but it showed the stand parts?? I’m pretty handy and can figure technology out, but the number of times I had to google something to learn about this tv was ridiculous. It’s as if LG doesn’t want you to use the product. After it was set up, then came our real issue. The picture is not good. I realize it’s not an expensive tv, but it’s an LG, and you expect a certain quality. I thought it was just me and that my vision is really starting to go, but my husband and I were watching our old tv that was set up in our bedroom (five year old 55” Samsung...nothing fancy), and he asks, “Why isn’t the picture on the new TV as good as this one?” We had amazing service from Best Buy in returning the TV. Hope that Best Buy will be delivering our new Samsung tv this week!

Nice TV not what I wanted.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Showed online to have the 75in model in stock, drove 50 miles to pick it up, store also showed to have 75 in in stock, but guess what not in stock. Wasn't driving back home without a TV. Could not go in the store to shop due to Covid BS! Ended up with a more expensive smaller 70in model because it was in stock. TV itself is nice, just not what I wanted exactly.

Tv replacement
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great tv, just not the right picture quality. If you’re not picky about 100 percent picture quality then this tv is great. Replaced it with a 65 inch oled. Very happy!

Ok TV with High Probability of Defects
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Usually I love LG products (have 3 other LG TVs two oled and one plasma). Each was excellent. This one however was not. The first one I received had an entire section of dead pixels and dents around the bezel. Had it replaced. The new one was dented all round the front and sides (which was cosmetic) but started to flicker on and off after a few days. So it seems like this model is defective. On the bright side webos is pretty great. However, on this tv it was exceptionally slow. I would recommend paying a bit more and getting another model.

LG TV
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I ordered this TV because i had an LG for more than 20 years & still in great shape. but hubby wants the big screen. the delivery was on time it was nice.....When we open the box the TV itself is only 62 inches. How did it happened? we are both Disappointed! but if we returned it it would not fit in our car. we are gonna try how it goes hoping there is no problem with everything, otherwise this has to go back! The next time you buy TV measure it in the store. i need an explanation to this as to why the TV is not 70''. So Disappointed!

Good television for the price.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This TV is okay. Nothing that screams "amazing". The remote is awful. Very difficult to use. Overall it's what you get for the price you pay.

TV is fine, but...
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Less than one month after buying this, the price dropped $100, I contacted Best Buy, and they’ve continued to ignore me. What, Best Buy, no price protection?
