    Picture quality was good but horrible experience! Returned this tv twice . First tv had pixel default and 2nd tv was sold to with a crack screen inside . Now I have to return this tv again to get my 3rd tv

    Bought tv and right away I noticed There’s no red and white plugs in back of the tv to plugs for my surround system… soooo disappointed…

    Not the tv brand I wanted. I checked the site and they had samsung in stock but when i got there that day suddenly they were out of them. The LG tv is adequate but not what I was hoping for. I do not feel i got the best banf for my buck.

    I bought this tv for my parents in 2021 and it just now stoped turning on. Everything is connected but when you press power the tv "turns on" but there is no picture or sound. I think a three year shelf life for a 70 inch tv is a little short right?

    The TV is a good price but I received a TV with a dead pixel, exchanged it for a new one and it also came with a dead pixel. I guess there's a reason its priced lower than other TV's.

    First, they screwed up my original Samsung tv order. And I spoke to five different associates and no one could help… I explained what I knew the problem was. I am from MN. For those who don’t know, Best Buy’s HQs are in MPLS. I’ve heard people getting wonderful deals on tvs. I’ve always purchased from Amazon. I recently relocated to KCMO so I figured why not? Never again. Never again. Ever.

    I bought it from bestbuy and I owned it for 15 minutes until it fell over and broke in half

    The software doesn’t support most recent apps so I had to purchase Roku stick for my DirectStream

    I hate it. Anytime I fast forward or rewind a streaming show, the picture is grainy and blurry for about 30 seconds. Also the sound isn’t great. love LG TV’s and never had this issue before. I’m going to the store tomorrow to set up a return and find an upgrade replacement.
