    I am very disappointed in this TV. Generally I love LG products but this tv has given me nothing but problems. Not user friendly at all and troubleshooting is a joke. This was a waste of my money.

    Unfortunately, this TV timed out when streaming the Suns playoffs! Live TV through Sling was awful. Not to mention the picture doesn't get very bright and the sound isn't great either. I had the Samsung 6 Series prior to this TV which is the same price and unfortunately, LG did not compare.

    This is the most annoying tv! It turns itself off 5x a day. Don’t waste your money on this piece of crap. The LG support could check tv from there end and changed a few of the settings. I had to call them twice because it still was turning itself off. It went from 5x to 2x. Oh well they said. Nothing else to do about it. Never again will I buy an LG

    I bought this TV on December 17Th 2021 I open the TV 3months later Tv was working find, on march 20 , 2023 the TV doesn’t show images just sound I called Best Buy. They told me because I didn’t buy any protection. There’s nothing they can do , I’m the one who lose the money.

    Vertical thin line across the screen

    Had the TV less 30 days and a thin line appeared almost in the center of the screen from top to bottom. Will try to contact LG and Best Buy and see what can be done and up date my review accordingly.

    When you turn volume up and down it just goes crazy have to try to stop it in right place but sometimes it behaves

    Didn’t realize this model had only 2 HDMI outlets in the back of the TV. Returned it for the next modelup, that one had 3 outlets.

    Terrible TV! It turns off and on constantly; removed all devices and reset to factory but nothing changed. DO NOT BUY THIS TV.

    Its been 3 months, not returnable, and the color just went out. Shows lines and gray tinted. Sure it will be going out soon.
