This tv arrived with something wrong with it. Lines running through it. So that week a new LG came out with Nanocell technology and I exchanged for that. This one appears to be fine and I am very happy with it.

Not sure if it was not installed properly by gerk squad or if it is the tv am returning for a different television but the guy that installed it said it was a bad tv.

To access additional streaming apps you can always uses another devices operating system. Many of our customers like to use a third party device such as a Firestick, Roku or gaming operating system in addition to the LG library. ^Jennifer

I have been enjoying my new tv. Was easy to set up, mounted nicely and has a good picture. the tv sound isn't great so I purchased a sound bar and please be sure to note the mounting requirements.
