LG has hit it out of the park
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had a nice 57 inch TV before but when I got this LG 75 inch Nanocell I was totally surprised by this TV. The bright colors and sharpness of the screen was great, also side viewing was very good as well. If someone is looking for a very good tv without breaking the budget I would recommend this one.

Really nice TV and remote!
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.WebOs is awesome along with the many apps that can be downloaded. This remote is amazing and it is truly MAGIC! There are so many different ways to access channels. Simply amazingly wonderful!!!!!!! The picture can be a beautiful one, however it takes a lot of playing to get to the picture you may really want. Don’t give up hope; it can truly be done. The picture now looks amazing!!! This TV allows for extra digital channels to come through. The price was right in the correct zone and made it easier to get than an OLED. My hope is that this TV will last as long as our Sharp did.

Bigger is better!!!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love the LG TV, it is great to see how well the colors look so vibrant and vivid. The reason we chose this tv is how well the darkness is on this. The deepest blacks makes the watching experience perfect!! The difficult part was setting up the stand, especially when it’s one person. Make sure to have at least 2 people with you to make the set up so much better

Great TV for the price point
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is my fourth LG tv that I’ve purchased and I couldn’t be happier... Well maybe if I could afford the OLED models. But for the price and the picture quality of the nano cell series, you just can’t beat it. This is my second Nano cell LG and the picture quality is great and both. My wife and I love the web os operating system and have never had any issues with any of our LG’s so far.

Great TV for the cost!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have an extremely large bedroom and I needed a tv to fit the room. The LG was a GREAT PURCHASE!! A step above the ultra high definition but not quite an OLED. The picture is great and the colors and the back lighting make the whole picture pop!

Not cheap - but worth it
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Finally - excellent picture quality! I am a bit of a perfectionist, and need a new tv to perform properly. I did try some other tvs, and they suffered from numerous issues, such as "banding", poor black level, and back light bleed through. Ended up returning those and finally got to this one. More expensive, but well worth it. On to review.... Picture: If the over driven presets are turned off, and work with the "expert"picture settings, you can get excellent near OLED blacks, excellent contrast brightness, and color levels. I have a very realistic picture, from dark scenes to bright sunny scenes, with very natural color levels. You cannot "break" the tv making adjustments - it can always be re-set to factory. Sound: Actually, fairly good sound from the small internal speakers as there is an incorporated small subwoofer. Hook-ups were a breeze. Set-up went smoothly. There are tons of options, from advanced picture and audio settings, input settings, etc. Magic remote is a neat and novel idea - acts like an invisible pointer. There are only a few small downsides I see so far. One, I cannot seem to find a complete user manual, and - for me - is I find using the on screen menu for things like changing inputs, is more cumbersome than need be. Keep in mind that this tv will not output Dolby digital audio when both internal speakers and optical out are enabled. If the internal speakers are off, then Dolby is output.

Lg tv with amazing picture quality
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This tv is fantastic. The picture quality is amazing and it’s very smart. You can go directly to amazon prime and Netflix through the repute and it acts like a mouse. The remote is great too because it acts like a mouse and moves around freely. I just feel like the top should be the bottom cause of the shape but that’s my preference. Over all I am absolutely in love with this television and watching tv and playing video games are a dream come true. My kids of course play fortnite and other games and the experience is like no other. It’s definitely more entertaining than any other TV we’ve had.

It’s a good tv, but not as nice as OLED
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So i got this tv in an exchange for the TCL 8 series. The TCL had terrible performance in dark scenes. This tv is much much better in the dark scenes, but im not so sure its as good besides that. My problem is i have an LG C8 OLED 65” in my bedroom which I moved from my main room to make a place for the Nano 9. I wanted a 75” tv, but didn't want to fork over the extra 2 grand for the 77” OLED. THE C8 has an absolutely amazing picture with very rich colors. The Nano 9 has good coloring if you boost up the color to about 90, but even still the color is not as rich as the C8. So I am left with a dilemma. Do I swap it for another 65” OLED or do i live with what I got and be happy with having my nicer but smaller tv in my bedroom. I don’t know yet. I might just forget about the 75” size and live with a 65”, but I haven’t quite decided yet. If you don’t care so much about size the definitely spend the extra few hundred and go with a 65” OLED. That’s probably what i’ll end up doing. Nicer picture or bigger size.... what’s more important? That’s the debate in my mind. The operating system is great btw, but I do miss the Roku operating system from the TCL. But I mainly use my Apple TV anyway.

Great TV
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Money well spent on this 75" Nano Cell display paints every scene in a spectrum of colors to give realistic imagery, You pair that with dolby picture and sound technologies with the dimming control to help with room light levels. LG's powerful processor by AI, the voice control of the Google Assistant and Alexa that is built-in for added entertainment and control. Make for a great entertainment experience.

Great 4K Picture with Dolby Vision
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The 4K picture is stunning. I have a bright room and the picture doesn’t wash out. A big determining factor to purchase this TV is the Dolby Vision HDR. Some other brands don’t offer it. The Netflix, Disney+ 4k offerings are Dolby Vision as are most movies. HDR content looks extraordinary! Cable HD signals look great, especially the sports. Settings need to be tweaked so make sure your salesman gives you good tips like mine did. The remote is nice and intuitive. I The one drawback of this TV is when a bright object (street lamp) appears over a dark background there is blooming around the object. Fortunately this only happens in a very small amount of night scenes. This kept it from a 5 star rating.

Great picture and advanced features
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The picture is fantastic with great colors and vivid display. The advanced features, such as on screen pointer makes selections very simple and quick, similar to a mouse on your computer. The integrated Netflix button on the remote, made opening Netflix a one button process.

Good TV, Not Best TV
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Only used it for a week now, so this is just initial review. For picture quality, good tv, not best, but good. Built in OS is garbage like every other tv. The cursor UI is pretty good, takes about 30 mins to get use to it. But the issue is that cursor support will disappear as soon as you enter apps like Prime, Netflix etc. Not sure why they call it webOS, it is NOT webOS, did these LG engineers ever use webOS? Very few app options to download (unlike Fire TV). TLDR; Turn off every single setting that process the image, change picture settings according to your taste, plug in Fire TV and call it a day.

Does LG know what technology is in its TVs?
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So this just arrived and there seems to be an issue of descriptive accuracy on the box. The outer box clearly says Full Array Dimming Pro right under the model number. So I called LG and they said the box is wrong. Has anyone had the same experience? I researched this on the LG site and it said the 9500 has the Pro dimming but not the lower lines. The 9500 only comes in the 65 inch and this tv is 75 inches. So is it possible the box is printed incorrectly? Is it possible LG has no idea of the technology in its tvs? Or is the box plain wrong?
